Tessa found herself in the back of a taxi, heading into the town of Brooke.
Not that it's very far away, Eric and she had walked the distance. But she needed to be back on time before he starts wondering where she had gone to.
Thankfully, immediately she stepped out of the gates of the farm, she had seen a taxi and hailed it immediately.
"Ma'am, we are here". The cab driver pulled her attention back to reality as he pulled up in front of the diner.
Tessa paid him and thanked him before getting down from the vehicle.
Just like it had yesterday, the bell overhead dinged as she pushed the four to the diner open and entered.
She nearly ran into Mandy as she was by the door side.
" Good morning", she greeted cheerfully.
Mandy smiled rightly as she recognized Tessa.
