Chris was beyond mad but at himself for not seeing the dangers ahead, it made him wonder if this was a frequent occurrence because it looked like they did their homework.

He noticed that his anger was affecting her so he tried to mask his anger " are you okay Hun?" He asked while he gently strokes her hair

Her friends came rushing in, they had heard from one of the security guys

"Gosh are you okay, are you hurt? I knew I should have gone with you I'm so sorry"

"Yes Mr Chris, you can trust them" Ana finished

" Jade I would like to sit for a while, besides he saved me from those guys" Brandy said, she felt safe with Chris

Jade finally agreed and they were led to an elevator at the back which took them to an apartment sort of.

Chris handed a bottled water to Brandy and spoke directly to her ear " take it little by little but make sure you finish every single drop"

That sent shiver down her body and she just replied by nodding her head, he made to leave but she stopped him

"Stay!.." he so wanted to but he needed everyone else out of there

Luckily Mr Danny noticed his dilemma and offered to take Jade on a tour of the club, she refused until Brandy assured her that she will be fine

"It's okay, I'm not that bad I was just shaken up by what happened earlier, I just need to catch my breath"

Jade handed her cell phone to her and whispered "if he tries anything speed dial my number and 911"

Soon they left the room but she couldn't help but notice the slight nod of appreciation from the two men, did he also want to be alone with her? She should be scared of him right now but realized she was actually thrilled.

What was she thinking leaving the crowded safety of the club Chris thought, he was still angry, yes spotlight is known as one of the safest club in town but one can never be too sure as was proven tonight

If not that he had his eyes on her the entire night he wouldn't have noticed that she was gone for way too long, he was literally holding himself from following her when she left alone to the restroom but he knew security will patrol there soon enough

Unfortunately they did their background check as they knew just how and when to act to avoid detection thank God he went to check on her
