Abril cried in Alessandro's arms for a good while. She cried until her tears ran dry. Throughout the entire time she wept, Alessandro remained silent, gently patting her back in an attempt to console her. When she finally managed to calm down, Abril asked him, "Have you seen Kiara?"
"After crossing the portal, she said you would come and then left, she seemed to be in a hurry."
"I missed you."
"Was it many days in the land of the fairies?"
"Yes, and here?"
"Only three days, but it felt like an eternity. Without you, the palace became lonely."
