We made it through the portal and Gavin and the animals survived. Zariah felt that, since she is queen of wolves, and canines are drawn to her, adding to the fact that Jewel was the first queen of Earth that she could bring animals through now, especially dogs. Also, owing to the fact that Venus and Bella already came through and on their own. Venus and Bella ran for Zariah and Caedan as soon as we were through.
