Stowne’s POV
I can’t wait to get home. As much as I love my kingdom of Traerin Zavaria Castle is my home. I had to tell Caedan that I would be delayed by a day or two when he gave me a couple of weeks to return to the castle. I have been fortifying the castle and kingdom, and it has taken me longer because Basselt Forest is so massive. Sierra and Crayg are going to work out more patrols to scour the forest and keep it patrolled for any signs of Malos. I wished Caedan had explained more as to why they want us to return now. He last told us to stay in our kingdoms once Malos was discovered missing from the dungeon.
I’m excited to see Kindra with my eyes instead of on a screen. I am so happy she solved what was wrong with her. I haven’t spoken to her much since Zariah and Caedan returned.
