After the return of the Xeranians from Oceania, the Heads of the Houses of Xeran sent a message to the masses. The people were to gather in the Courts of Sand; it was a place set aside for festivities and meetings of such. It is not often used though. So, once the people heard about this, they were eager to come and hear what Xerans leaders had to say. The Akwa seeds were doing wonders. The people were getting better. The water was clensed and the worst was over. Even with all this, there was still an eerie feeling in the land. Lives were lost; children were orphaned and wives widowed.
