CHAPTER 44.: RETURN TO OCEANIA
The title of Eweh goes back years. It all started during the Water Wars. The various factions in Xeran were at war for the little water in the land. Territories were marked and boundaries were set. If a man crossed into the boundary of another faction, he was killed. The Wars were cold and the times were hard. After years of silent belligerence, the warring factions realised that they needed each other. In order to communicate freely; an emissary system was created. This system was known as the Eweh system. The four houses nominated one person each from each house. This person was the intermediary between his source house and the other houses.
