Lara stood in front of the fine cafe establishment which is adjacent to a 5 star hotel, which she had just wrapped up a meeting with clients, in one of the conference room. Looking from the outside, the cafe looked cosy and less crowded. She heard that the cafe make a very good coffee, so she decides to give it a try. She walked in and stopped a passing waiter, to request for a cup of coffee. Looking around, she spots a good table outside the café, where she will have a good view of the surrounding. After a long day of meeting after meeting, a combination of fresh air and coffee is what she needed right now. She made her way towards the table and comfortably sit on the small sofa. As she was seated, she found out that her table was just next to a VIP private swimming pool, with only an artificial grass panel walls as a divider between the pool and the outdoor café. She could see the other side through the small gap in between the grass panels. So, I got the chance to see half naked guys in swimming trunks? Even better! She exclaimed to herself happily. A minute later, a waiter clad in dark and white uniform approached her table. "Here is your coffee" the waiter placing a cup of hot coffee on the table in front of Lara. "thank you" Lara reaching for the mug and wrapping her hands around its warmth. She smells the rich aroma of coffee before she took a sip of it. She raised her eyebrows when the taste of coffee was indeed satisfyingly delicious. All the stress within her seemed to have gone. SPLASHHHH!!! A loud sound of water splashing from the other side caught her attention. She peeked through the gap and saw a guy who just dived into the pool, playfully splashing water to the girl who is seated at the edge of the pool. The girl shrieked, squealed and giggled trying to avoid it and at the same time, retaliate by splashing the water with her feet towards him. The guy with broad shoulder and muscular body seemed to intrigue Lara. She leaned forward on the gap to have a better view on that sexy guy. But before Lara could clearly see him, the guy swam towards the Sexy-Red-Bikini girl, and pulled her inside the pool. He then playfully dunked her. She burst from the water with a fit of laughter. Seeing the happy couple make her look back on her love life. She was married for 3 years and divorced, had been a lonely single mother for a year now. She sighed. Just then, the hot sexy guy came out of the pool and headed towards the pool lounger chair, which is not far from the grass divider. Lara mouth dropped open as the body of the half-naked sexy guy are perfectly visible now. She gulped as she watched the water dripping down to the appealing curves of his six packs. They all already in meeting room and Maya already giving signal to us, come quickly to the meeting room" said Julia and walked away. Lara rushed took her pen and small notebook just in case there is any info she need to jot down during meeting. Soon they reached the meeting room, all the seat at the back row already taken. Lara and Julia had no other choice but have to sit at the front row which facing the bosses chair at the front. Not long after that Mr.Jin the managing director inter the meeting room followed by a young good looking man. Everyone pay attention to the handsome guy who now sit next to Mr. Jin, with curiosity . They all whisper to each other. " Wow! is that our new CEO? So young and handsome" " I guess he is! I hope he is still single" "Stop dreaming. if he still single I don't think he would looks at us" Lara was busy looking on her phone, replying messages from the baby sitter when she heard her colleagues, Maya and Mia whispered to each other about the new CEO. Young and handsome? Lara looked at the man they were talking about. What?! is that their new CEO? he looks so familiar. When the man about to looks at her direction, Lara quickly averted her gazed to her note book, hoping he did not pay any attention to her. Then she peek and look at that face again. Its looks really him! and if it really him, how come that lazy ass boy become the big bos of this company. I must be mistaken. he just some one who looks alike. They are different person. She told herself in her head. its been 10 years she haven't met him but her eyes seem to believe he was that guy. her ex lover. Jason! that can't be true! she knew the company had new CEO but she never bother to know his name. Then Mr. Jin start talking and introduced him as their new CEO. Lara start to felt her heartbeat pounding hard, she felt hot and her palm start to sweating, when she heard the nama - Jason John! Its confirm. He is Jason. That him! Gulp! Lara swallow her saliva nervously. Then after Mr. Jin introduce him as their new CEO, He stood up and started his welcoming speech. He talked very professional. Lara never getting to know this side of him. He change so much. He used to be unreliable boy, but now he was fulled of charisma, confident and leadership. The way he talked was completely different and suit his level as the top bos - the CEO of the company. 10 years really makes a big different to chance a lazy useless boy into charisma successful and powerful rich man. Its like he was a different person now. But that really him. Lara felt relief Jason doesn't make eyes contact with her. She cant help it but keep replaying all the memories they share from 10 years ago during the meeting. " hey.. you don't want to go out? the meeting was over! you're daydreaming again. " Julia voice suddenly pull her come back to present world. Gosh.. stupid me. I'm letting my mind sink in the past memories without realising the meeting was over and people start to stand up and move out to their own table work. Embarrassing! she scolded herself. She look around looking for his face. She can't find him. He already gone. So if he wanted Lara eating back her mocking words, all she can do is shallow it willingly, she told herself. "Lara.. pass this documents to Mr. Shawn" asked Mr. Mike, head of department. She took the documents and walk to the operation manager's office room- Mr. Shawn. On the way back to her office own room, she stop by at the pantry for making cup of coffee for herself. She saw Zack and Maya gossiping in the pantry. They was busy gossiping about the new CEO- Jason. Lara silently listen to their gossip, pretending she was make her coffee without being noticed by them. Zack said Jason was a playboy. Casanova. He was already engaged but still went on date and having fun with lots of girl. Hearing that Lara frowned and felt annoyed. In Lara opinion, its very common nowadays when a man become rich and successful, they tend to change become playboy. Now same goes to Jason, as he got money and almost everything, he can get any girls he want, as many as he desire. Lara can't believe that Jason she knew now turned out became a playboy. This is very interesting " Maya slow done her tone as it they was talking a very big secret, she seem excited with the gossip. "Interesting right" said Zack "Wait! Who is Hans actually? Our CEO bestfriend? How can you know him and all of this matter?" Asked Maya with curious expression. " FYI Hans is my uncle. He was talking with his wife about Jason and I was accidently heard to their conversation" Zack explain. Gosh! Hans was Zack uncle? what a small world- Lara thought. " haha. accidently heard their conversation? you was eavesdropping? nah.. i know you purposely try to listen to their conversation" said maya with a big laughed. Lara joined the laughed in secret. "I wonder.. who the person having debt with our new CEO?" Zack only raised his shoulder as reply Maya's question. " We just can wait and see " Finish eavesdropping thier conversation, Lara walked back to her room. She tried to focus on her work but failed. The gossip about Jason linger in her mind like a fly smelling the rotten meat. Damn! debt? staff in debt? she can't move on with the thought of it. ****
