Alpha's Little Witch

CHAPTER 1  Black As A Raven's Wing   It is a usual Friday morning for Janine to prepare her rituals. Getting up from her bed and meditating on what will happen for the rest of the day. It had been just over a month since she became the High Priestess of their Coven as her Grandmother passed. Her parents died when she was young due to a car accident. And she was left with only her grandma and the Coven itself to take care of her. She got up from her bed and turn to her bathroom to prepare her ritual bath for the day. Filling the tub with water while adding some petals of the rose. She went ahead and lit some purple candles around her tub. While looking at the candles lit in a trance-like state, she slowly undresses and gently stepped inside the tub and immersed herself with the bath. After her bath, she went on to dress herself the usual way she wants to be dressed. Her form-fitting little black dress with her black leather pumps and only a simple touch of red on her lips with a dark set of eyeliner. Now out she went from her lovely house to gather with her people. The little town's land is owned by Janine's family and everyone who lives there is part of their Coven. Outsider's rarely come to their place as they are known to people as a Devil worshiper. The Land is also being claimed by another family. This family somehow is quite more superior to Janine's family and they have been in a lot of misunderstanding because of the land which both families claim to be theirs.  Standing at the center of the gazebo, Janine took a deep breath and started her speech. "Today, my dear brothers and sisters. We shall make amends with our long time foe. As we have discussed at the last full moon's gathering, we will be doing this for the benefit of our younger generation." She gently closed her eyes and say "Dear Goddess, grant me the light of knowledge and strength from your embrace to lead your children into a better tomorrow." She then opened her eyes and immediately feel a presence coming towards. They all looked to the direction of the entrance to their town as 3 black cars are approaching. "Blessed be everyone. Send me some love and light today to fulfill this duty." As she finished talking everyone bowed their heads and slowly broke off from the crowd. Janine slowly walked towards a few of her helper at home and ask them to lead them in her receiving room and prepare something for their guests. She specially instructed them to request the Alpha to wait for her in the meeting room, as she would just take care of some things before proceeding with the meeting. Janine went straight to her small office and accessed her file from her desktop. There she clicked on the file titled "Ancestors Will". She browsed through it and smiled to herself. "After this, we could already break free from the feud that has lasted generations. The younger ones will just look back on this as a piece of a bad moment of our Coven's history." She then turned to her altar and took the bell and rang it three times. She lit up a candle on the altar and say her prayers.
