Alliance In The Dark
The rats were amazed at Janine's hospitality regardless of what happened with her first encounters with their kind. One of the elder rats were ashamed of what happened and immediately ask for forgiveness about the past. Janine acknowledged and accepted their apologies and humored them “I guess it is safe to say for everyone that all first impressions are not that accurate.” Then everyone laughed with her. They all enjoyed the lunch which Von and Dianne prepared with the other helpers.
After luncheon, they transferred back to the living room and sat down to talk while tea was served. Janine sat right beside Drake. Janine started to open the conversation about how she was misguided in trying to get to know some of them which resulted in the unfortunat
