The First Officer was giving a pre-dinner drinks party and the chat was all about the day’s trips and the state of the lock gates. The visit to the vineyard had been a great success, with plenty of sampling, and several people had ordered cases to be sent back to the UK. Pat was disgusted that there was no service for Australia, but Sheila had arranged for two cases to be sent to St Petersburg, plus an invitation to Pat to come to help her to drink them, so Pat was not quite so grumpy!
