Episode 12 - Meeting Grand Ma

                    After afternoon incident, I didn’t see Master Hanson entire day and I also avoid visiting common areas in the house and mostly I rested in my room. Next day Olga came to my room with a letter and informed that Master Hansan has given it and my work has been restructured. I didn’t understand what he meant by restructured. I read the letter and I was annoyed. He has remove me from office work and I have to stay in home throughout contract period. I am really pissed off. I didn’t go out from room and I sent back meals which brought by Olga. Olga was worried and tensed but I couldn’t care anything because I am really mad about this situation. I was working in coffee shops and finally I got an opportunity work in office and that also destroyed by this demon Kevin. I accepted this weird job due to my difficulties but still I was happy thinking that I am getting corporate working experience so it will help in future. Now he has locked me inside this big house and I don’t have anything to do here.  

I am in pain due to wounds and top of that work also has been changed. I couldn’t control my emotions and I thought I should fight for my rights. It’s true that I signed a contract but still if any changes then they should consult me for my opinion as well. Room is dark now but I didn’t want to on light even. I just stayed in sofa looking through window. Suddenly door was opened harshly and Master Hansan entered. He looked around and switched on lights.

“What is this drama?” He asked rudely while walking towards me.

I stood up even my foot is paining. My anger was surpassed all the pain. And I looked straight his face and didn’t answer.

“Why you’re not eating? Olga said you didn’t put medicine even. Are you nuts?” He threw questions again. I was not bothered to reply him.

“Why did you change my work without asking me?” I asked him. I didn’t know how I find courage to question him. He laughed at my question. It was so annoying for me.

“Ms. Tania Vandessay.. I think you should read your contract again.” His sarcastic voice made feel down. I felt very small in front of him.

“Listen… I don’t have time to explain you and I am not going to do as well. Grand Ma is coming for dinner and you better get ready. Olga will put medicine and corporate with her. I am not going to repeat it.” His stern voice made me shiver inside and I looked down automatically. He turn back and went.

In a while Olga came inside and helped me to get ready. I didn’t utter a word. I felt that I don’t have my own say. I just have to corporate with them. As per contract I don’t have rights to change anything but employer has it. I knew this when I was signing so it was my foolishness to get angry over it. After getting ready, Olga took me to dining room and got me to sit.

“Thank you Olga” I said holding her hand. I am glad that she is there with me in this house.

“Ms. Tania… don’t worry. Master Hanson is rude and strict but he has kind heart. It just he doesn’t show it.. Don’t pay much attention his rude words then you will get more hurt...” Olga said it in kind voice and patting my hand like a mother. Olga left to kitchen leaving me in the dining room.

I heard Master Hansan’s and a lady voice so I tried to get up slowly. My foot was paining a lot. I think it was infested since I didn’t take care properly. Master Hanson came to dining room with Grand Ma. I was expecting much old lady but she was healthier for her age.

“Grand Ma, this is Tania… She is my PA and staying here..” Master Hanson introduced me to Grand Ma.

“Nice to meet you Ma’am” I slowly walked to her and paid respect.

“Hmmm.. nice to meet you too Tania… What has happened to you? I can see you’re injured. Take a sit. Don’t stand…” Grand Ma was not very friendly but she was kind to me. I slowly went back to my seat. Master Hansan assisted Grand Ma sit and he sat next to her.

“So Tania… What happened? ..” Grand Ma asked again.

“I just met small accident and hot tea spilt on my hand and leg was cracked to a porcelain..” I explained shortly.

“Hmmm.. ok. You should take care of yourself…” Grand Ma said and started conversation with Master Hansan. I felt she ignored me so I kept my head down and finished my meal. I really want to run away from this table as it was very uncomfortable. Grand Ma was well engaged in conversation with Master Hansan and I saw that they enjoying each other company well.

“Tania, if you are finish then you can give us privacy and return to your room” Suddenly I heard Grand Mas’ voice and I looked up.

“ Yes.. Yes Ma’am. I am done. I will retire now. Have a good night!!...” I got up from sit.

“Good night!!! ” Grand Ma said and turn back to Master Hansan.

I rush back to room avoiding my pain in foot. My heart was paining more than foot. I felt like I have been insulted. I knew Grand Ma didn’t welcome me. She was not happy about my existence in this house. I went my room and lay down on bed and closed my eyes. Slowly tear drop from my eye, regretting taking this weird job.
