Chapter 1 vera woke up feeling down as always she checked her timer and it was 9am she rushed up and was about heading to the bathroom when she heard a knock on her door she rushed to answer and it was her step mum ,she pulled my hair and draged me downstairs then she slapped her hard across her face she held her face tears rolling down her cheeks she said "why are you doing this " her stepmom answered "shut it you brat you have been living under my roof and eating my food I think it's time for you to pay me back" vera looked at her scared and confused she continued " I want you to give me all the money you have been working for and remember you owe me so you will do as I say or else I'll make a call and your mother would be dead in the hospital" vera dropped to the ground with tears in her eyes " no no no please please I'll do what ever you want me to do just don't kill my mom" vera crying went to her room brought the money she has been saving for her mother's surgery and Gave it to her she took the money and left. Chapter 2 vera left for work and got home late that night her friend called and ask that they meet at a bar for few drinks she needed to clear her mind off things so she agreed. she got there and she met her friend they both started drinking they talked and vera started looking in a different direction which her friend noticed and also looked at that direction it was a handsome and good-looking man , vera stood up from her table and walked up to him and then she tripped and fell right on him , he was gazing into her eyes and she raped her arm around his neck they both staired at each other like no one was looking then he realized that she was in his hands so he asked her "who are you" and she said "shhhh handsome can I kiss you " while approaching to kiss him he noticed she was drunk so he picked her up and her friend approached him and they drove her home the stepmom opened the door she looked at the car that was with them and then she started acting nice because she knew he was rich so they rushed in with vera and he told her stepmom to take care of her and he left . Chapter 3 The next morning vera woke up with a lot of missed calls on her phone from her friend so she called back her friend answered "hey vera how are you doing last night was great right we had fun turns out that cute guy that helped to out at the bar is the owner of Flaire company the richest and biggest company in the city he took my number last night because you were drunk I told him you needed a good paying job and he offered you a job as his personal secretary you should be resuming now " vera was so happy and suprised she couldn't say anything she hung up she stood up got dressed and went to the Flaire company ,she got there walked into the building accidentally bumped into one of the staffs she introduced herself and then the staff showed her to their bosses office were she introduced herself to the boss as his personal secretary and she thanked him for helping her at the bar he stood up and walked up to her " you're late" she apologized and said it would not happen again sir , he said very good ordered her to sit then called is other staff told him to bring in the secretary documents gave it to her and explained everything to her she nodded and was about to leave when he called her back told her to close the door stood up pulled her in and asked her if she would like to go to dinner with him tonight while stairing into her eyes , she frozed in disbelief and. stuttered, " huummm yes sir it would be my pleasure" and then she left to her desk . Chapter 4 later that night she got ready and he pulled up in his car to her house he knocked and her stepmom answered asking him what he wanted he said he is here for vera she welcomed him in with the hunger of money in her eyes then she asked if he was rich he answered " is there a problem if I was am just here for vera " then vera walked downstairs looking really beautiful he couldn't take his eyes of her he complemented her and they both left for dinner . getting there the whole place was reserved for them she was suprised so she asked " did you book the entire place for us" he said "yes do you like it" she said yes offcourse and then they started eating and the night went well he dropped her off and then her Stepmom grab her and slapped her across the face " we're is the money that he gave to you little slut " she cried in disbelief saying she doesn't have any money then ran to her room and started crying then texted her boss just to cheer herself up and then he insisted that she comes to stay with him or she stayed in his other house if she wants that she doesn't have to pay or anything she disagreed at first but then thought about it and agreed the next morning she parked her things and then she left she got to the new house . Chapter 5 she arrived at the new house she was so excited she gave her boss a hug tightly and he also could not help but notice how cute she was ,she was so happy she didn't realize how hard she was holding him immediately she noticed she apologized and told him she would pay him one day for the house he said " don't worry it's fine you can stay here for the time being " she thanked him again ,he told her that she shouldn't come to the office today and she agreed then he left . later that day she went to the hospital her mum was in she spoke to her mum told her mum about her boss told her everything he has done for her , her mum was happy and then she said " I have not seen you this happy in a very long time stay happy my child " then she assured her mum that she would be fine and that she would bring her home soon and they would live together then she left . Chapter 6 the boss came knocking at her door later that day she opened up turns out he was drunk she took him to her room changed his clothes and made him sleep the next morning he woke up and was shocked ,tired and dizzy he asked " how did I get here" she explained then he muttered "thank God I came here instead" she went down stairs made him coffee he drank it and thanked her . then he continued and said would you accompanying me to an auction today I could get you what ever you want she smiled and nodded then he went home got ready and came back to pick her up then they left for the auction getting there everyone was looking at them saying things like " isn't that the richest man in the world what is he doing with that woman she doesn't look like class what's going on " vera started feeling sad then her boss told her to look at him and just smile then she smiled and then they sat down and the biding started she saw a necklace she really liked but she couldn't say anything her boss noticed the desire in her eyes and asked her if she wanted it she said yes and he bought it and they left to her house they got home had few drinks and got drunk. Chapter 7 they both started touching on each other and they ended up having s*x the next morning they woke up happy, they made jokes and stayed in bed for a while and then she told him about her mum being in the hospital and that she wants to go see her he agreed and decided to join her they both got to the hospital met with her mum and then told him about her mum's heart surgery money , he then insisted on paying for the surgery she disagreed at first but ended up agreeing after she told him she would pay him back ,they started the surgery on her mum and it was successful she hugged her boss while they both went to see her mum , her mum was happy and she embraced them both , they both left went home had few drinks and had intense s*x . Chapter 8 they woke up got dressed and went to the office together in the same car which staired up arguments between staffs , then she went to her desk different shamefull names were written on her desk she looked at her fellow staffs laughing at her then she decided to go submit her work to the boss and she heard him talking to his best friend about proposing to the lady he loves the most she went back in tears and decided to leave, she went home parked up her things and was about to leave when the bell rang and it was her boss he held her and asked, " we're are you going to I thought you left work early because you were sick " she yelled at him with pain in her voice " am leaving am tired of you lies let me leave " he tried to stop he but she left crying then he chased after her called her name and knelt down on one knee brought out a ring asking her to be his wife she started crying and then she accepted it they both went back. Chapter 9 then he told his friend to book a venue for his weeding which he did . on that day he was dressed up in suit at the altar waiting for his bride but she didn't show up him and his friend went to her dressing room and she wasn't there they searched for her found out that she was kidnapped by her step mom they rescued her got her step mom arrested and continued the weeding the stood at the alter exchanged rings, made their vows and lived happily ever after.
