BLACK HOUSE

The rain spots sounded very heavy out there, enlightening the night atmosphere that looks desolate today. The cold weather made a girl who was closing both eyes tightly fidgeted in her sleep, given that the only blanket she wore slumped to the side and let some of her body wrapped thin tank top exposed clearly to touch her cold tonight. But it still wasn’t enough to get the girl awake in her deep sleep.   The cold that makes her body temperature decrease is like a blanket that increasingly lulls herself into the dream realm. On the other hand, a high-bodied man was standing near the window. Pale white skinny hand with his long fingers stalling forward, moving around to uncover window curtain to see the desolate atmosphere out there.   Cold eyes with flat face scarfs are watching the puddles of water out there that will still increase to see how heavy the rain tonight. The dark sky clearly looks cloudy, making the surrounding area that is rarely passed by many people, becoming increasingly empty.   It can be certain that the rain will last a long time, maybe until the morning will remain the same. After that he closed the window curtain, then turned around to see the only girl in their room. The girl who is now asleep in her bed. The man’s cold eyes stared so attachedly at the girl’s sleep posture behind her, showing how small her back that was just wrapped in her thin cloth made him interested in stepping closer.   Without waiting any longer, the man began to move his legs to come closer. Come up the bed slowly without wanting the girl in front of him wake up, then casually he lays his  half body just to see the girl’s face from the side. The figure of the girl who was closing her eyes with her slightly open lips looked beautiful in her dark eyes that looked empty.   Her pale lips inevitably showed a gentle smile line after seeing how adorable the her sleepy face was. His eyes saw the her little movement that began to look fidget due to the cold weather out there. The man realized that so, he swiftly reached out his hand to justify the slumping blanket from the girl’s body. He pulled the blanket to the extent of the neck and ensuring the girl remains comfortable in her sleep.   The handsome and pale white-faced man started to tighten himself at the girl and lay his body there comfortably. He patted her gently warm little body as a lullaby, and hoped for a beautiful dream always be with her. The man’s breath touched the girl’s neck nape gently, deliberately putting himself there because the girl’s neck nape had become one of his comforting places.   In his cold cradle night, the man began to close his eyes, following the girl in a dream realm while approaching her small body comfortably. Those movement that has become his habit every night.   “Ahhh!”   A deep breath sounded loudly as it opened with the width of the two round eyes of a girl who had been sleeping in her sleep. Jdar! The snatching lightning had just shocked the girl and turned her head straight towards the window, realizing that the rain fell so heavy out there.   The time is still evening and the weather feels so cold. A girl switch to sit on her bed in limp while trying to rearrange her heavy breath. Once, twice, third the girl took a deep breath and exhaled with relief until her feelings returned calm.   She wipe off the face that still looks drowsy and tired with her hand, then continue, moving to her hair and tidying up her own hair to the back. Her eyes glanced at the side of the bed where there was empty space there. The girl’s hand moved groping the side of the bed and felt cold there, a sign of no trace left behind from someone who was there. That is making her feelings unforseen.   “Again! Again and again I felt this feeling. The feeling where someone is standing by the side of the room and watching me while i fall asleep. The feeling where someone has hugged my body, wiped my side face smoothly, combed my long hair gently, or whispered in my ears just to say good night, or hope for a beautiful dream for me. Maybe it’s just my feeling, but this feeling is too real  to be dream. It feels more strange considering that I just stayed alone in this place.”   Bianca, a 21-year-old young girl started to move down her feet from the bed and stepped slowly towards her window. She open up the window curtain a little bit just to see the weather out there. The heavy rain still pouring the city of Seoul that night. It is evening, there's no one or no sign of people passing on the road. All the thing is just an empty street with one bright street light on the right of  in front of his room.   "Haa..."   The sound of a long breath from Bianca’s tiny lips. For a while Bianca just stood still there staring at the street out there. Deep down in her mind, she thought of the days she had gone through so far. It’s been almost a month that Bianca lives in this place. A new place that happened to be found after meeting someone. Her memory returned on those days, the days when  she had to move from the old contract house because she couldn’t afford the rental fee.   With one medium-sized suitcase she carried, Bianca traced the streets of the city with a tired heart. It has been a few hours of looking for a new place, she hope she could find a new place that understand her finance state unless she got her part time salary later this month. But Bianca did not get it. It’s already early in the afternoon and Bianca is still going around looking for a place to stay.   Feeling unable to resist of  thirst, finally Bianca stopped by at the nearest mini market. Take a drink and pay for it. Then the girl took a seat to rest there. She enjoyed her drink with relief while looking around this area. In her deep thought, where else does she had to go to find a new place to live? It’s evening and it’s going to be harder for Bianca to find a new place to stay with her condition.   “Should I stay in the sauna?” That was her mind at the time.   “The sauna is not a safe place for a girl to spend the night. I need to find a safe place to live. It would be better if I could find a nearby hotel just to stay temporarily until I get a place to rent.”   Going deep down in her mind, Bianca was unaware of the presence of a girl who stepped closer to her.   “Ah!” said the girl who near bianca and immediately attracted Bianca's attention. Bianca saw the girl start bending her knees to collect all the items in her bag that fell off because the little kids run and play hitting that girl at the outside of mini market. They didn’t care after hitting the girl hard, and made all her stuff fall out of her bag.   There was a lot of stuff and paper falling down the street that made Bianca feel simpathy. It seems like the girl was opening her bag while the boys hit her. As a result, Bianca got up and approached the girl. Helping her collect all her stuff without a word.   “Oh, thank you,” said The Girl. Bianca threw a gaze at the girl for a moment. The girl looked so beautiful like a doll. Her blonde hair looked luminous and made it look more beautiful. The clothes she wore like a fancy in red. It felt like she likes red color or somewhat, because Bianca could see from all her stuff dominate with red color such as hair decoration she wore, lipstick color, choker shape necklace, tight dress and simple that shape her slim body with a slick thigh, wrap her pale white body, nail color, bag and high heels she wore, all red lights.   She was really like a living doll that was so beautiful in Bianca’s eyes. Bianca was stunned when she saw the girl throw a sweet smile at her as she thanked her. If Bianca was a man, it would obviously not be difficult for her to fall in love with the girl.   “Is she an actress? Or maybe an idol?” said Bianca in her thought. Not wanting to make the girl felt uncomfortable, finally Bianca hurriedly shifted her eyes and again continued her efforts to pick up all the items. It didn’t take long for them to pick up all those items.   “Once again thank you for your help,” said the girl once again with a big smile at Bianca. Now they are facing each other. Seeing how the girl behaves, Bianca can guess that the girl is cheerful and easily familiar with everyone. Bianca replied with little smile.   “No problem,” Bianca replied briefly. The girl peeked behind Bianca’s body and made Bianca look back at her.   “Is that your suitcase?” asking the girl looks curious about the bag.   “Oh, yeah. That's my suitcase.”   “Are you going to move places? Or did you just come home from somewhere?” ask The Girl again.   “I am looking for a new place.” Bianca replied.   “Oh really? Have you found a new place to live? Where are you going to find a place to live?” Again The Girl asked. Bianca started to be stunned to hear The Girl’s question. Bianca felt The Girl asked too much for strangers who had just met the first time. With half-hearted Bianca reply to that question.   “I don’t know. I’ll just look for it.”   “But it’s getting evening. It won’t be easy to find a new place to live.”   “No problem. I plan to go to the sauna or find the nearest hotel for a while, until I find a new place to stay.”   Now Bianca felt how the girl seems more enthusiastic about Bianca’s answer and it makes Bianca feel more uncomfortable.   “Then come with me!” said the girl to bianca.   “Ha?” One eyebrow Bianca rose up because hearing her offer. The Girl did not hesitate to grab Bianca’s hand and hold it tightly, making Bianca surprised and increasingly uncomfortable about her movement.   “Sauna will be very dangerous for a sweet girl like you to stay. It's possible for a pervert man will be harm you. Just thingking about that is very scary. And it would be a wasted if you had to spend your money in the hotel to stay. I know you want to save as much money as you can, right?!” said the girl cheerfully.   Her wide smile seemed so bright behind the words spoken from her lips felt piercing Bianca’s self-esteem when she easily talked about finances while they were just strangers who just happened to meet.   Does it look obviously that I need money? Even though her words were true, she should not have to say that briefly! Said Bianca and feel annoyed in her mind.   “Oh, have I upset you? I'm sorry. I didn’t mean to offend your heart. I just want to help you,” said  The Girl who finally realized her own mistake. Bianca was relaxed.   At least she knows manners. Bianca thought in his heart.   “You know, I have a house not far from this place. If you want, you can stay in my place,” The Girl casually bargained. Bianca was stunned to hear it again.   Which person would easily offer a place to live for a stranger like herself? Bianca was suspicious of the girl’s offer. I don’t know why Bianca felt the need to refuse the girl’s tempting offer.   “Thank you for your offer. But I’m fine,” said Bianca.   “Eh?” The girl was surprised by Bianca's rejection. It seems like the girl didn’t expect Bianca to refuse an offer from her.   “You refused my offer to stay in my place? Why?” Her questioning Bianca once again to ensure Bianca’s  replies.   “Why? Of course because I don't know you, Miss. Thank you for your offer, but I can take care of myself. I have to go now. Goodbye,” Bianca said firmly. Then without waiting for another answer from her, Bianca left the place. It was the best choice for her.   I have lived without trusting anyone, and I also don’t want to rely on anyone, especially  strangers like her. There will be no good thing for me by having a relationship with others. I am more comfortable living alone. Therefore, I have no regrets for rejecting her offer.   At least that’s what I thought at the time. If I knew things would be like this, I would probably rethink the offer.   “How did this happen?!” Shouted Bianca on the side of the road with an upset feeling. Bianca alone in the middle of the night, on the side of a deserted road, with a suitcase that was dragged everywhere looking for a new place to live. It’s not that Bianca didn’t get a place, but things went beyond the plan, surprisingly, and made the girl tired physically and mentally.
