Awake

Elizabeth had been unconscious for 3 weeks. Jared and Alex had remained by her side. The staff arranged clothing for them and they showered at the hospital. The pups were off the feeding tubes, finally doing quite well. Jared would help the pups to nurse and pump her to get bottles for Alex to feed the pups.
Xander, Xavier, Zack, and Zane were all getting closer to Alex. He was always around and the boys were quite comfortable with him. The three new pups would easily fall asleep in his arms. Alex was just getting done feeding Prince when he looked to Elizabeth seeing her watching him.
"Thank God, you are finally awake." He said smiling at her. "Would you like to hold your new son?"
"Ok," she said looking at him.
He went to her and carefully put him into her arms, he used pillows to support all around him so he couldn't fall. She just stared at him. The sparks that went off when he touched her skin made him shiver.
"Wh-What's his name?"
"You haven't named him yet," he said smiling. "Jared should be back soon, he is taking a shower."
"Who?"
"Jared."
"Who is that?"
"Your mate." He said lowly.
"But the sparks?" she said confused.
"Do you know who you are?" Alex asked
As he asked this question, Jared had pushed the door open coming back into the room.
"Why didn't you get me?" Jared asked.
"She just woke up" looking at her again, "Please answer me, Do you know who you are?"
"No," she said shaking her head with tears in her eyes.
"Baby," Jared whispered wide-eyed, he went over to her and picked up her hand. "Your name is Elizabeth."
"Ok," she said shaking her head.
"And this is my pup?"
"Our pup" Jared whispered
"Ok," she said nodding.
"We have two more, both girls." He said motioning to the crib.
"Wow," she said surprised.
"Plus four more at home."
"Seven pups?" she whispered wide-eyed.
Then she looked at Alex, "Why can I feel sparks?"
"You can?" Jared asked shocked.
"I screwed up. I did something bad, our bond never completely broke. You and Jared are married and mated."
"Can I hold the girls?"
"Of course," Jared said rushing to switch the pups.
"Beautiful," she said kissing them.
"How did I end up like this?"
"You had the pups too early, already had damage internally, you lost too much blood and went into a coma to heal. The pups are healthy now." She nodded in understanding.
"I want a shower."
Jared laughed, "Of course." he went to pick her up.
She looked at him surprised.
"I will help you, I won't look."
"Promise?"
Laughing, "I promise."
He carried her into the bathroom and set her on the countertop, then placed a chair in the shower. He slowly put his hands under the gown and slid her panties down her legs and removed them. Then he picked her up and placed her on the chair in the shower. He untied the back of the gown and removed it from her with his eyes closed, handing her the portable showerhead and leaving the shower. I am sitting out here, tell me if you need help.
"Thank You."
"Of course"
When she was finished, she turned the water off. "Now what?" She asked.
Laughing, "I am going to open the curtain."
"Ok,"
He had a towel and his eyes closed. "Put this around you, I am going to pick you up."
"Ok, it's on"
He opened his eyes scooping her up placing her on the counter. He slowly pulled her panties up her legs and she lifted her hips as he pulled them up. Then he did the same with her leggings and pulled a shirt over her head. "Can we skip the bra? You are nursing anyways."
"I am? How?"
"I have been helping them nurse off you."
"Oh"
"We are married,"
"What is wrong with me?"
"The doctor is coming, he should be able to help us figure it out," he said picking her up carrying her back into the room.
Alex was inside tending to the pups. He looked at her, "Would you like to nurse or should I use one of your bottles?"
"I can try to nurse." She answered hesitantly.
"Ok," he said bringing her the pup.
She looked at him, then Jared. Jared helped her attach the pup and covered her with a small blanket.
"Thank you," she said shyly.
After some time, "I think he is done." she said handing Jared the pup. Alex brought over one of the girls. Jared helped her again, then covered her. After she finished they gave her the last. Jared and Alex burped the first two. When she finished with the last, she burped her. "You are such a pretty baby," she whispered to her.
"We have to name them," Jared said looking at her.
"What have you been calling them?" She asked.
Jared laughed and looked at Alex.
Alex answered, "Prince, Princess, and Heart Breaker"
"Yeah, we are not naming them that." she said laughing.
The door opened and the four boys rushed in with Jacob and Cory following. "Oh god, you really are awake." Jacob squealed. The boys jumped on the bed and crawled up to her kissing her and hugging her.
"MaMa" came the little voices. She hugged them after carefully handing Jared the pup in her arms.
"We missed you," Xavier said looking at her. She hugged him tighter. "I missed you too."
The doctor walked in checking Elizabeth. "No Memory Alpha?"
"What," she said looking at Jared.
"Wow, this is bad," The doctor said wide-eyed. "You are Alpha Elizabeth, mother of 7 pups, the descendant of the original wolf, rightful royal heir and have the original moon goddess's wolf.
"These two," she said pointing at Xander and Xavier, then she pointed at Alex.
He nodded looking at her.
"They know?"
He shook his head no.
She looked at Jared, "All 4 are"
He cut her off, "All four are mine. I have been with you since your attack, they are mine." She nodded.
"Why don't I remember?" She asked the doctor.
"With all the trama, it might just be your body's way of dealing with it. Blocking it is better than remembering."
"You," she said looking at Alex.
"I won't do anything to hurt you, I swear." She nodded.
"If you try and take any of them, I will kill you." She said staring at him.
"Yeah, you have made that quite clear. So has your mate." Alex said nodding.
"Good."
