18: running away

Kiyara’s POV

It’s a new day. New start and I am here in college, Rayan had picked me up this morning. I am wearing black pullover and black skinny jeans with black boots and I am back with my ‘don’t mess with me’ self. We walk toward our locker and luckily we don’t run into popular group but I said it too early, in front of our locker are Aaron and Rudra waiting before we can run back they notice us so now there is no reason to run we just had to ignore him we both walk toward our locker totally ignoring their presence as I was going to open my locker Rudra grab my hand and turn me toward him “you can’t ignore me Kiya” Rudra yell “I can do whatever I want Rudra now let go of my hand, I am getting late” I ask him impatiently “you are going nowhere until I want you to” he said annoyed “I don’t want your permission do you get it, you are no one so better stay way” as soon as the word slip out mouth a wavy of hurt rush throw my body but it’s not my emotion, it’s his emotion. Its first time I feel his emotion other than emptiness, I look at him “i... I am no one that what you think, I know I had made a mistake but-but you can’t just walk away like that, you-you are my mate, you have my mark, you are mine and I am your everything- everything” he said hurt and anger laced his tone “you have lost every right and relationship with me rude, you should accept it” I said, before he could reply Rayan pull me out and we rush to our class and took the last back seat near window. Lunch come by fast and I was walking toward cafeteria to meet Rayan but before I can reach a hand pull me in by now I know who he is but he is physically stronger than me so I tried but fail to get out of his grip the second my back slam at wall his lip crush on mine, I know trying to push him is useless so went still but he not getting the hint he continues moving his lip sucking mines like a Hungary wild animal, well he is that. Then his hand grab my chin and pull my lower lip but I press my l lip tight in a thin line, he pulls a little and I release the breath I was holding “open your damn mouth, kiss me Kiya kiss me” he yelled shaking the life out of me I open my mouth to shout but he takes the chance to slip his tongue inside my mouth. I whimper in protest but no use, he pull out when he is satisfied and i give him a hard slap “you jerk, pervert how dare you” I yelled but he ignores all my insults and continue, his lip working his way down toward my nape which by now have a full complete mating mark of the jerk in front of me which is a black crescent moon with a crown under it and golden R. king written on it. He starts sucking and nibbling on the mark, a shiver runs down my spine and my knees became week he knows he has that effect on me. I put my hand on his shoulder for support. I feel him smirk against my skin “you-you, stop it just stop, stop playing rudra” I said just above whisper “no-no I can’t stop darling” his voice husky “why can’t you understand, I can’t stop, I won’t stop, you are mine and you had to accept it. I will get you back by hook or crook” he added “I am not a doll that you can get Rudra” I sneered “no darling you are not a doll, you are my queen, you should stand beside me and I will get you there right beside me. You can't get away from this, this is your life now, I am your life now” he said his tone hoarse before I could reply I feel Rayan near me he is in pain, he is hurt. The weakness in my knees despair and I slip out of Rudra's grip and run out to find Rayan, I can hear Rudra calling my name but the only thing that matter now is my baby is hurt and I am going to kill Aaron, I know it has to do something with him. As I was running past an empty hallway I caught site of Rayan in there, I turn and run to him, he was sobbing. I kneeled beside him embrace him, he quickly melted in my arms I smooth his hair “shh... Rayan honey you are fine, we will deal with it, alright. I am with you” I try to Assure him but he shakes his head “no, nothing is going to be fine you can’t help me. He-he marks me, now I am bound to him” he sobs harder. I am so going to kill him “honey, baby we will deal with it aren’t I am dealing with it you just had to learn to ignore the feeling ok, it will all be fine, I will help you and that jerk is going to get hard from me ok, I will deal with him, we are fine” I said to him, we had to do something. Rayan’s sob died down and clean any left tear “now show me you smile my baby” I said playfully and his face breaks out in a smile “just wait honey, I know what we have to do ok. Trust me” I assure him and he nodded now to restroom and wash your face and wait for me near car, alright” he nodded “but where are you going” he ask “I had to deal with a chicken head who dares to hurt my baby, I will be right there in some time, now go” I pushed him and walk toward cafeteria, as I step in Rudra stood up with a big smile, i***t. I look beside him to Aaron, who is setting their doing nothing. I walk toward him before Rudra can say anything I walked past him to Aaron. Aaron look at me confused, boy the audacity of this i***t. I pull him up by his collar anger is evident on my face and slap him hard “how dare you” I yell at him before he opens his mouth to defend I slap him again “shut your damn mouth up, don’t try to make any excuse” I sneered and push him “what will you say hh.., you lost control like your dear brother” I asked pushing him “listen, Kiya-” before he can complete I slap him “I said don’t open your dirty mouth, you know what you both are same and why will you not be you two are brothers” I said in disgust “I never hate you because I thought you are just backing up your brother, but you make me hate you, how can you do that to my Rayan” I said I more slap “you two are same flighty mutts” I said “you two should stay away from us, it will be better for you two and always remember we hate you” I said pushing him and running out. I get to Rayan, he was leaning against his car. I pull him in and said him to drive, we had so much to do. We reach his home and we went to his Dade’s office. I knock on the door “come in” a heavy voice said, we walk in to see his father working on some paperwork “hello baba” I greet I call him baba which means dad, he like me to call him that as he thinks of me as a daughter he never had. We both slum on the chair in front of his table “oh, hello babies” he greets smiling “how are you two an-” he stops midway looking back and forth from Rayan to me and his face break out in a big grin and he calls for aye(mom). She comes running and look at him confused “can you see our babies here found mates” he said excitedly, how did he know “what” aye asked shocked “yeah, see the marks on their necks” he pointed toward our neck and we both cover our neck instantly “hey don’t hide the marks now, you are here to inform us that” he ask “who are the lucky once” aye asked, we look at each other sharing a look “it’s not what you are thinking, things are little messed up” I started and tell him each and everything, by the end he was red in anger and his fangs out aye have tears in her eyes but still holding her mate back “baba, relax we don’t want to do anything with them” I said “how dare they heart my children, they even turn you, I will kill them royal or not no one mess with my children’s life” baba yell and get up. We both rushed toward him and hug him “baba, calm down first” Rayan said after trying for some time baba got in control, set in his seat his face still red “baba, we don’t want anything to do with them, we just-just want to go away” I said “what you mean baby” baba asked confused “baba we want to leave NIFT, we want to leave India, we want to study in another country” I said looking to Rayan for support and he nodded “how can we leave without you two” aye exclaim but baba remain silent “we will be back in 3 years, after completing our B.des” I said, baba was still thinking “yes baba, by then everything will settle down” Rayan said “you have a plan and my permission, what do you want me to do” baba asks “what are you saying, how will they leave alone” aye asked “they had to learn to leave on there own and they have each other” he said to aye “you two always support each other alright” baba ask and we nodded “now what can I do” baba ask “baba, we are not sure but I think they will try to find us so we want you to get out of NIFT and to enrol us in another country, hide our trail and keep our location a secret” I said baba gesture aye to go back “ok I will enrol you to in London institute of fashion, alright, no one will know. You two are going the day after tomorrow pack your bags and I will ensure the hostel facility to give you to the same room ok” he asked “thanks baba” we said in unison “no need to thank me I am always here for my babies but are you two sure you want to leave and not give them a second chance” he asked worried “ baba, they need to learn they can’t force us in anything and if they are sure about us then they will wait for us and realize their mistake” I said, the look on baba’s is pride of what exactly? “When did my babies grow up” he asked with a teary eye. We both went toward him and hug him tight “we love you baba” we said “now now, you two will make me cry” he said playfully we said our goodbye and rush toward Rayan’s room pack his things and then drive to my house and pack my thing by the time we finish we have a list of things we want to buy and our tickets handed to us. We go downstairs for dinner everyone is their mom dad invite baba and aye “so you two will not change your decision” mom asks “mom we told you it is our final decision. Aye and you should understand it will be just 3 years and then we will be back” I said assuring them two, “if you need anything me and Kabir is here, call us without a second thought” dad said “yes and you get your tickets. Go shopping for anything you want. We will transfer money in a bank account for you both. Rayan takes good care of Kiya and Kiya be a good support to Rayan. You two have only each other there” baba said “we will be fine baba and we will call everyone” I said “which country you are going” mom asked and every eye accept baba’s turn toward us before we can utter something baba caught us “Australia” he said “ok” mom said smiling “enjoy there and send us lot and a lot of photos, ok” mom said happily we both nodded.
