When Hades Is Inlove

Chapter Two

"Ang sabi ni Ama ay "Persephone need to pack her things for her trip to underworld and guide her, Athena." Gets?" she said while rolling her eyes.

I shaked my head, trying not to laugh because of her voice.

I know that she didn't want to be with me all the time. We're not that close because we're just half sisters.

She heavily sighed while looking at me. She held my shoulder, softly. When our gaze met, she slightly smiled.

"You know how much I hate you, right?" I nodded. Since when we were young, I was the one who mostly got a good comments and that's the reason why she hates me so much.

"I hate you for being effortless in everything but you're still the best." Her smile suddenly faded."Kaya nga ginawa ko ang lahat para ako naman yung purihin nila."She smiled sadly.

"I pushed myself into my limits para lang malagpasan pa kita," She said as she rolled her eyes. "But still, I love you as my sister." Then she smiled genuinely before she tapped my cheek.

"Kaya sabihin mo lang kung sinasaktan ka nung walang 'yang Hades na 'yon!" We both giggled in the end. "Atsaka bawas-bawasan mo na rin 'yang pag e-english mo't baka hindi kita matiis at ipatapon kita!" I smiled when she continued.

She frozed when I suddenly touched her cheeks and caressed it.

"You've been a great sister, Athena," I whispered. "Thank you for being the best of the best." I smiled sweetly. She looked away and face up, teary eyed.

"Hey, look at me," I softly said. A soft smile formed in her lips before looking at me. "You don't need to push yourself into your limits. You don't need to live in someone's expectation. Just be you, and by that, everyone will like you, love you, rather."

I whipped her cheeks when her tears suddenly falls down.

"Being you is more than enough to prove that you are better than me," She held my hands and squeezed it that made my smile widened. "I'm so proud of you, Sister." Then I hug her tightly.

She hugged me back while her shoulder's up and down.

"Thank you, Persephone," She whispered that made my heart fluttered.

Athena's saying 'Thank you' is just once in a blue moon yet she mean it.

AS we entered the portal going to underworld, everything seemed so heavy.

I held Athena's shoulder when I was about to fall on the ground.

I feel so weak in this place,

My chest seems to be getting heavier so I have difficulty breathing.

"Huy, Umayos ka nga ng tayo mo." Athena's command. I bit my lower lip, trying to stand perfectly but I failed when my knees hit the floor.

I touched my chest and gently stroked it.

"I-I can't breathe, Athena," I difficulty said. When her brows furrowed and kneeled infront of me, my body began to weaken.

"I-I feel so weak..." I said before my eyes getting heavier and my sight became darker.

But I felt someones hands on my waist. All I know is someone's carrying me and It's not Athena.

"Hold on, Darling," Someone whispered before everything went black.

"I-I'm sorry, Your highness. I-I didn't mean—" I got back to my senses when someone shouted– or should I say, Pleaded.

My curiousity became active when someone shouted but I still close my eyes.

"You didn't mean what?" A familliar voice asked. "How dare you to disobey my command, huh?!" I slowly open my eyes to see what's happening, na dapat hindi ko nalang ginawa...

I saw Hades holding his sword with full of bloods together with his blazing eyes while looking at the guy kneeling in front of him.

The guy kneeling infront of Hades is already bathing in his own blood. There's a lot of bruise in his body.

I force myself to sit in this bed even if I feel so weak.

I want to go near them...

But seeing how Hades is mad, made me want not to step out my feet on the ground.

My heart is pounding faster like hell.

My body trembled when I saw Hades raised his sword just to pointed it to the guys neck.

My eyes became blurry because of my tears.

There's a lot of emotions driving me right now but hatred and fear prevail.

"S-Stop..." I whispered when he was about to slashed the guys neck.

I don't want to see it...

How can he kill someone without doubting?

I know that he heard my whispered because the side of his lips rosed up.

His blazing eyes met mine.

"Please stop... I'm begging you," I begged.

But I left dumbfounded when the guys neck slashed without turning Hades eyes.

My eyes widened when I just saw this scene. Hades smirk became widened when a blood spit out in his face.

A face that can deceive everyone like he's an angel, but no...

"You're a monster," I whispered with full of hatred. I looked upon him, darkly.

His eyes went blank and his smirk vanished but in a split of second, his lips rosed up again, a teasing smile form on his lips.

"Yes, I am," A smug looked on his face makes me want not to marry him.

A tear escape on my eyes while looking at him.

"H-How can you be so cruel like this?!" I shouted.

"I was born cruel, and I will be cruel tomorrow and a lifetime." I bit my lower lip when he said that.

"You killed someone yet you're still happy?! How could you act like that, huh?!" His smile vanished when I asked those words.

Ending someones life means saying that you're a monster.

How can they easily kill someone?

Don't he know that life is the most important of all?!

His silver eyes that sparkling at night together with those eyebrows who's perfectly pointed on the nose bridge, a small mole under his piercing eyes, his narrowed but a pointed nose and pinkish lips that will trigger you to kiss and bite it.

His jaw is perfectly lined down to his chin and an Ash gray hair that can steal every girls attention.

But behind of his appereance there's a monster that could easily end your life.

I frozed when I heard his laughed. Manly yet deadly. His blank eyes turns into madly gaze.

"Do you think, Am I?!" He madly asked that made my heart beats hardly.

I slowly went backwards when he began to walk near me.

My body is trembling as I roamed my eyes trying to find Athena but my gaze locked up when Hades and I stared as he walked into me.

I closed my eyes when I felt a wall in my back.

All I know that he's already in this bed slowly went in me.

"Open your eyes, Darling." he commanded. I decided not to open my eyes but my body didn't allow me.

I slowly opened my eyes together with a tear fall in it.

As I stared his eyes, I frozed.

There's an unfamilliar expression that his eyes saying.

"Now, tell me." His eyes soften as he caressed my cheeks. He examine my face like he's about to memorize it but when our gaze met again, Another unfamilliar expression I saw. "Do you think I'm happy?"
