Chapter 6

Xan’s POV

The night was dragging on and all I could think about was my little wolf. I put my hand into my pocket and play with her thong that Zeke casually sneaked in. Just having something of hers calmed me down but I needed her and something was telling me she needed me or specifically us too.

Mind linking Zeke to follow me to Penny. I make my way through the crowd who bowed and congratulated me. I smiled and thanked them but didn’t stop, no one else mattered I needed my mate.

Zeke met me at the top of the stairs and we paused. Quiet sobs filled our ears, my heart fell. They belonged to our mate, we rushed to her room and entered, she hadn’t noticed us as she had curled herself into a ball and buried her head between her knees. Zeke and I were quick to be by her side and hug her tightly. Looking at Zeke as we just held our mate I could see he was angry. Zeke was hot headed and I knew he wanted to kill whoever made her cry.

Easy Zeke, she will tell us what happened but she needs us to comfort her right now. I tell him over mind link, that seemed to have eased him as he nuzzles into her neck.

We took her to bed as we all started to fall asleep. We sandwiched her in the middle, Zeke nestled against her back while Penny nuzzled up into my chest. Feeling her relax I let out a soft sigh and stroked her hair. She is the most precious thing to me and I would burn the world if it meant keeping her safe.

Penny’s POV

I slowly woke up to hear slight snoring from either side of me. Taking a deep breath the scent of my mates washed over me, relaxing my whole body. As much as I wanted to stay wrapped up in their arms my stomach started growling, I slid out of their grasp and quickly change into baggy trousers and a crop top, using my hair I hide the marks on my neck. As I walk to the door I heard grumbles from the bed.

“And where do you think your going princess?” Zeke said as he rubbed his eyes.

“I’m going to make breakfast before anyone gets up. I’m cooking sausages, bacon and the whole lot if you both care to join me?” I turn to him and smile seeing his groggy face.

“We’ll be down in 5 my dear.” He blows me a kiss before kicking his brother. I walk out laughing as they argued.

As I was finishing cooking as I turned around and I was shocked to see Alpha Alexander approaching the doorway.

“Good morning Alpha.” I bow my head and keep myself from looking at him directly. I noticed he’s hated me doing that since I shifted.

“Hm not exactly the most befitting outfit to go see your new Alpha in but I guess that will do.” He says as he grabs my wrist and drags me to living room.

“Alpha Orlanzo, here is the omega I promised you.” He threw me in front of a tall man. Standing smaller then my boys at 5’10” he looked me up and down and kicked his lips, the look in his eyes sent chills through my body and I had to hold in my vomit.

“Hm she will do nicely in my collection. Come now we must leave at once. Pups don’t make themselves.” He grabs my wrist and starts dragging me to the door.

“Let go of me! We weren’t supposed to leave until tonight!” I dug my heels into the floor and shouted at the top of my lungs hoping for my mates would hear.

“Shut your mouth you b***h or I will shut it for you!” The man slapped me across my face and he continued to drag me to the door.

Using all my strength I try to pull out if his grasp but it was no use. 2 loud and powerful growls were heard and everyone froze. I turn my head to see Zeke and Xan in their wolf forms snarling at the man who quickly let go of me. Not wasting a second I ran between the boys as they shifted back.

“WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS??” Xanander’s voice boomed as he stared at his father.

“Nothing that concerns you boys. Alpha Orlanzo is just here to take the omega away” he looked at me up and down in disgust before approaching me.

As he reaches out for my wrist again. Zeke steps between us his eyes bright blue and a low snarl escaping his lips.

“I don’t think so father. We are the Alpha’s and she stays with us.”

“I was promised this b***h by the former Alpha and she will be coming with me!” The man pushed past Zeke and grabs me hand. But only for a moment as he is slammed against the wall by Xander.

“You realise him right now Xander, that omega is no longer family and is nothing to you!” His mother Luna Aurora shouts as she enters the room.

“Wrong mother. She is our mate and the future Luna, not only will she not be going anywhere but you will show her respect.” Both boys growl and eye up their parents and the man standing before them.

“Mate or not. This is an act of war for disrespecting me and breaking our agreement. You have been warned boys.” The man storms out leaving the 5 of us in the room.

Zeke and Xander push me behind them guarding me from their parents.

“Do you know what you boys have done? All for this omega? You could have anyone by your side someone powerful. Your causing yourself a war over this bitch.” His father spits at me causing the boys to step forward in my defence.

“You will not call her that. She was like a daughter to the both of you and you threw her away over a rank that she can not control! You were about to throw her away like rubbish and you call yourself an Alpha, I hope we never become like you.” Zeke spits at his father as he picks me up and walks me to my room huffing and growling.

He sets my down in the bed and nuzzles into my chest his arms never releasing me from his grip. His eyes are still bright blue as he huffs and growls. Feeling his uneasiness I let his head softly until he calms down.

Hearing yelling and smashing of what seemed to be windows, Xander soon stormed upstairs and just like his brother his eyes are bright blue and he’s snarling and huffing. He climbs next to me and hold me tightly before burying his face into my neck. Using my other hand I pet his head and hum to them both. Both of them relax and plant soft kisses on my skin.
