Persephone's POV
"I have period cramps" My voice is small as I bite my lip in embarrassment. I had totally forgotten about my period schedule, to be honest I thought I had already done it for this month. This is terrible because one, I am living with a blood sucking being and not a human, and two, I have nothing prepared. No tampons, no painkillers, I don't even have enough panties.
Oh God why did it have to come now?!
Damien seems confused for a second, his eyebrows are tightly knitted together and his lips are in a thin line.
"Period....." He squints his eyes. I ignore him and stand up, due to the sudden sharp pain I feel in my abdomen and walk to the toilet. I hear a sharp intake of breath followed by a loud voice "Holy s**t! Why the f**k is there so much blood?!"
