NOAH'S POV
I just sat in the back of the car "twins..twins...oh my twins." I sit in the back backseat completely dazed staring at the ultrasound photos. Mom is talking to dad on the phone and he sounds excited I could hear talking about how we will have to remodel the house for the new additions coming into the house. I start to think damn he must be excited when I hear my mom say "wait, honey, we have to talk to the kids first before we do that they just might want to use Elle's house I know I don't want them to leave either. Calm down" Damn really excited. Shelly has leaned back in the front seat and I can tell she is trying to calm down. I lean forward and wrap my arms around the back of the seat to hold her and say "breath baby no decisions are being made." I turn to my mom "hey mom can you not do this now" she glances at Shelly and says "Mathew, we will talk later tonight about options for the kids but this conversation is upsetting Elle ok love you too bye" She glances at Shelly again and says "calm down Elle please Mathew is just excited he is throwing ideas out and not thinking we will all come up with a plan. Nothing is set in stone." I can feel Shelly relax in my arms. We arrive home soon after.
I look at my beautiful Shelly wearing a white sundress that skims just passed her knees and helps to show off her baby bump. "OH, Shelly you look absolutely amazing. Are you sure about this you haven't been out in over a month I understand if you don't want anyone finding out you're pregnant yet" she just laughed at me "babe I was only staying in so no one would see me and report back to you that I was pregnant. So, you wouldn't come running back home" She reaches up and caresses my face "I was never embarrassed or wanted to deny our baby well I guess I should say babies now. I just didn't want to make you give up everything. "O.K. as long as your sure. Now let's go get you in mom's car. She say's the jeep is too far off the ground for you to climb in" We head over to the arcade since she said she was craving their burger and fries/gravy. As we walk in I wrap my arm around her waist and guide her to a table where I leave her to order some food. When I get back she is staring at the dance revolution machine with longing. I stroke her face and say I know Shelly but not right now it is not good for you or our babies." I get a text message from Lee
Lee: Where the hell did you take her?
Me: None of your business bro, she is my girlfriend.
Lee: Damn it Noah she is pregnant she shouldn't be out and about.
Me: Mind your damn business. The Dr. said it would do her some good to get out ask mom
Lee: Ahh, fine you win mom said the Dr. thinks her staying in the house is only going to make it worse. O.k. can I join you guys, please
Me: Bro we need some time together please understand we will be home for dinner we have an announcement to make later.
Lee: Fine but keep an eye on her sorry I acted like an ass I just have been taking care of her for so long I was annoyed.
Me: No prob lil bro oh and thank you for taking care of her for me while I was gone and while she was hiding things from me.
Lee: No prob
Shelly was watching me what's wrong. "Lee was upset I took you out without telling him." she laughs "don't be too hard on him Noah he really has been a lot of help all this time." "Yeah I know it is just that I don't like to think that he was ever in my place." she hangs her head when all of a sudden I hear "hey Flynn and who do we have here" when I glance up I notice it was Tuppen. Shelly looked up at him and Tuppen says "damn Evans I have missed you...seriously your pregnant" he collapses into an empty chair at our table. I look at him and say "yep, I am going to be a father can you believe, it, me a father" Tuppen glares at me and yells "IS THIS WHY SHE DROPPED OUT...WHERE YOU SO f*****g EMBARRASSED YOU WANTED TO HIDE THIS. YOUR LOW MAN" before I could say anything he drops down next to her and asks "are you ok Evans do you want to get out of here I will take you to Lee" she finally looks up and says "please can I have a minute and don't be mad at Noah it is all my fault" she starts to breathe slowly. I lean over and start rub her back to help calm her down. She eventually looks at Tuppen and says sit down, please. "Noah did nothing wrong. I found out I was pregnant after he left and since I knew that he was reluctant to go that this would bring him running back. I couldn't do that to him Tuppen. I wouldn't do that to him. So, I went to school for as long as I could before I started to show. Don't worry I didn't drop out I am taking all my classes over the internet. I will be graduating from High School. As you can tell he didn't accept our break-up and came home yesterday to talk to me and that is when he found out" Tuppen just shakes his head and looks over at me. "So, you didn't know man" I just shake my head.
We caught him up on everything. We said hi to several people and just laughed and smiled. At one point Tuppen asked to take a picture of us so we stood up and I pulled Shelly up against my chest wrapping my arms around her and our babies. Shortly after our phones ping and Shelly started laughing and shoved Tuppen "I love it thanks" When I opened my phone there was his i********: post of us with the caption "bad boy Flynn strikes again he corrupted my sweet, innocent Evans"
