“hey… what are you doing here?’ Jenny asks me as she plunks down beside me.
“what do you want?” I ask her.
“nothing… can’t I just hang out with my sister?” she asks.
“no. you never want to just hang out with me and the only times we talk is when you need something from me, when you need me to cover up for you or when you want me to do your chores.” I tell her.
“That’s not true. I like hanging out with you are my sister,.” she says.
I lift my head and see her face. She is not lying but that’s not the total truth she definitely wants something from me that’s why she’s here. She never just wants to sit and talk with me so I am right again.
“anyways, what do you want?” I ask again.
“I don’t want this to come as a shock to you but there’s something I want to talk about with you..” she says softly.
“what is it? Spit it out already.” I growl at her.
“well.. the thing is, I know you and Jerry have been friends for so long but I want to ask him out.” she says.
