“Tell her to stay there. Paul. Tell her she's now officially on stake-out. I want to know if Todd leaves the house and if he does, she's to follow him. Find out where he goes, who he sees. I need to know if anyone visits that house. I'm going to get an officer to deliver a camera to her. As soon as one of the lads is free, tell her she'll be relieved. I want pictures of any visitors. Tell her to make sure she's parked where she can't be easily seen from the house. Todd knows who she is so as soon as possible I'm sending a replacement surveillance team out to relieve her.”
