Chapter One : Formation

Collette's POV

" Hey babe ", I heard my boyfriend call out to me , and I turned and walked towards him , giving him a hug , and he pecked my cheek .

Hi I'm Collette . I'm 5'6 and I'm 17 . I have wine red hair and forest green eyes . You know the popular opinion that redheads are really stubborn , well I am no exception . You can say I'm smart because we'll I get straight A's but I wouldn't really call myself a nerd , aside the fact that I do nerdy stuff , like spending time in the library , and reading books , but what else does an introvert have to do .

Ohhh and My boyfriend Nate is a 10 , he is 6'4 and 18 . He has dark brown hair and Light brown eyes that look like a pool of honey underneath the sunlight . He was super cute and every girls dream guy , well he was mine and Mine alone ! Also , Nate is the Captain of the school football team .

" looking dashing as always ", He complimented , and I couldn't help but blush .

" Thanks Love ", I responded , and placed my lips on his giving him a soft kiss .

" Got any matches today ? " I asked in concern .

" Noo , the match I was supposed to have was rescheduled for tomorrow ", he responded and I simply nodded .

" Why did you ask ", he asked surprised because usually we don't talk about his games .

" Well after watching your team play for a while , I came up with a strategic formation , and I was thinking it'd be helpful for you .

" Awwwn that's so sweet baby , what can I do without you ", he said and I let out a small smile .

" Maybe you can show us this plan at the training session today ", Nate suggested .

" Great idea ! " I said agreeing .

Soon the school bell rang and we went to class . I walked into the class and sat next to my best friend Nova at the third seat of the middle row .

Nova was 5'8 , she was tall , lean and had blonde wavy hair and brown eyes .

" Hey gurlll ", Nova said and I gave her a warm smile .

" Hi Nova , so what's up ? " I asked , and Nova seemed to tense up a bit .

" Well the math homework , did you do it ? Because I absolutely forgot about it with all the rehearsals I have been having with the other cheerleaders ", she said and I nodded .

" I did it buh since the teacher isn't here yet , you could start working on it now ", I said trying to tease her .

" Please Collette , pretty please ", Nova begged and a smile crept it's way into my face , and I gave the book to her .

After Three boring lectures , with Forty minutes each of non-stop talking , it was finally time for the training session .

Nate offered to walk me to the pitch , and I got seated at the corner , watching the cheerleaders chat and laugh , they were probably talking about boys , but I didn't care , as long as it wasn't about My boyfriend .

I took out my Notebook where I had written the formation , and began to rethink it , when I head the footsteps of someone as they walked up to me . I looked up to see Carla , the head cheerleader .

" Hi Collette ", she said with a fake smile .

" Hi ", I said , looking back into my notebook .

" I see you're here to watch the game , but what are you writing ", she asked .

" Nothing important ", I said .

" Let me see that ", Carla snatched the book from my hands without my permission .

" Give that back ", I said .

" What if I don't ", she said

" Give it back Carla ", I said turning to look at the field , where Nate was busy stretching with the other guys . Our eyes met , and he shot me a questioning glance which I perceived as ' what's up '

" Stop creating a scene weirdo , just let me see " , " heavens know what Nate saw in her ", she mumbled , and that got me really mad , I made to sleep her , but she caught me . I pulled my hand away from her grip .

" Don't you dare ", she warned .

" What's wrong Collette ", Nate asked , addressing me by my name , usually he called me babe but whenever he was mad he called me by my name . I should have known that getting into a scene with this b***h would get my boyfriend mad at me .

" Uh - I - it w-was ", I made to say , but the words didn't form in my mouth as it sounded in my head .

" Collette we need to talk ", he said and I went to the side with him .

" I- I'm sorry , it was Carla ", I said looking down .

" I don't care Collette , you're mature , I expect more from you than this ", he said , and I tried my best to stay calm .

" I'm sorry ", I said . And I watched Carla raise the notebook , and she tore out the pages with the formation , tearing it into pieces . I fought back my rage , my wolf aching to pounce on that stupid b***h .

" Where is the formation ", Nate asked and I couldn't decide whether to tell him that Carla had torn it or not , I was sure that he wouldn't believe me , he'd say I was making up stories , or that maybe I never had a formation that I just wanted attention .

" I lost it ", I said looking down .

" It was no use bringing you here afterall ", he said , and his words really hurt me . Tears threatened to spill , and I walked to my seat , got my bag and left the scene .

Carla's POV

" Why did you tear it , since it was just a formation ", Nova asked , probably feeling bad for her friend .

" If Collette had given the coach the formation , well she would have become the star of the show , so instead of letting that happen , I studied it and I'd tell it to the coach ".

" That isn't fair Carla ", Nova said .

" She tried to slap me , and so she got what she deserved , I'm going to punish her even more , and you're going to help me do that ", I said and her eyes widened .

I had something big planned under my sleeve , and I was going to use her friend to hurt her even more , because that's where the true pain really comes from .

I explained the plan to Nova , and Nova felt really na , and didn't want to do it so I compelled her even more , and being unable to resist the offer , she agreed to it .

" Why do you even want to get back at her that bad ", Ashley asked

Hearing Ash's question made me think back to when we were still at middle school . Collette was really smart , and cute to top it all . She was really shy and so many guys didn't notice her yet . I was at the top of the league .

At that time , I really liked Nate alot , but after Collette and Nate were paired to do a project , they became really close , and Nate fell for her . He asked her out at the beginning of high school , and now they were still dating . But if I couldn't have Nate no one can , so I was going to have to get my sweet revenge .

" What are you saying Ash ? If I let her get away with this , she's going to think I'm weak ", I replied , not telling her the main reason for my revenge .
