(Damian's P.O.V)

I opted to take over from adam, i wanted to see her myself. I made my way down the windie path behind the cottage, The trees were tall and provided plenty of shade, which i am greatful for in this dam heat wave. Its been many many years since i have been to this lake. It will be nice to see it again. As i get closer i link adam.

"Adam i am almost to the lake how far are you?"

"Good morning prince damian, i and on the left hand side of the path about 20 paces in."

"I will see you shortly."

I ended the link and made my way in, after a few moments i found adam. He bowed and made his way back to the safe house, as i was sitting down watching them i see the girls laughing and enjoying the sun. The wind started blowing and i caught that scent candy apple and cinnimon, its the most amazing spell ever it almost makes me drool.....

"Damian my boy! Fancy seeing you here." f**k i was so focused on the scent i didnt realise i had walked right up to them.....Fuck....Fuck....Fuck. The old lady is mrs willson!!!!

"Hi mrs willso, ladies." I gave a sheepish smile. "I just wanted to come visit the lake, its so hot today."

"Ahhh it is and this lake is beautiful in summer." She smiles at me. I havnt been back here since mrs willson's son died, it was ha hard day for all of us, he was one of my best frinds along with lee and paul.

"Ah where are my manners.... Damian this is alex and griffin." I looked at them and griffin was watching me with furrowed eyebrows, alex just smiled and waved.

"Its lovely to meet you both." Then it happens again the wind carring her delisous smell......Oh goddess.....Oh no..... Its coming from griffin.....Oh im in deep s**t.

(Griffin's P.O.V)

Alex and were cutting the cake, when mrs willson spoke up " Damian my boy" I looked up to see the most gorgous man standing infront of me. He was tall, hearing a t-shirt that you could see huged his very wripped muscles, his eyes were hazel with a definded jaw, he has a 5 o'clock shadow on his face tracing and going around his very kissable lips. His hair was long and messy but he looked scrumptios. he was wearing gym shorts that showed off the muscles in his legs. as i look at this man i hear his sexy deep voice it has a husk to it and made me a little weak at the knees. What the hell is wrong with me???? I am basically eye f*****g a guy i just met!!!! The wind blew a little.....Oh wow he smelt so dam good.... Like peaches and cream..... What the f**k ok no.... just no.....

"Alex should we go swim?" I need to stop this! RIGHT NOW.

"Sure sounds good," She looked at damian "You wanna join us?" ARE YOU f*****g KIDDING ME!!!! Please say no, please say no

"Sure" Damit.....

We got undressed and as i turned to talk to mrs willson, my brain went into stupid girl mode as i see he has taken his shirt of...... f**k!!!!! This man looked like a god!!! I was right he was wripped he pecks and abs were bulging and defined he had the most amazing pulvic lines that incased his abs... he was truely yummy. As i am pretty sure i am drooling, mrs willson saved me from myself.

"You can swim right?"

"Yes mrs willson, i learnt when i was young."

"Ok just checking. Have fun kids."

I couldnt help but notice damian was looking at me he seemed to be in a trance, just like i was. I stood and started making my way to the water, he joged up next to my left hand side. He smiled at me. Even his smile made my heart skip a beat.

"So ahh i saw on the cake that its your birthday," God can i have you for my birthday!!! STOP IT BRAIN..... I mentaly shake my head.

"Ahhh yea, its aaaa.... My 18th" I sound like an i***t ahhhhh mental face palm.

"Happy birthday then." He is smiling at me, a smile that makes me melt.

We jumped in the water and swam around a bit we were all splashing eachother and laughing, mrs willson called us.

"Its getting late shall we make our way back? Damian would you like to join us for dinner?" He looked hesitant at first then he looked at me.

"Would that be ok? Since its your birthday and all...."

"Yea, Its fine. You dont have a serial killer vibe." I laughed so did he and his smile just beamed.

"I would love to mrs willson, than you"

We packed up and damian and i stole glances every now and then and smiled as we packed. Making our way back down the path damian and i were walking behined mrs willson and alex. Damian and i were just talking, he seemed so nice, genuan, but i also dont trust easaly.

"So birthday girl, whats your favorate colour?"

"Definatly blue, and yours?"

"Definatly red, do you have any hobbies?"

"I love to read and the latest one is working on mrs willsons car."

"Really!!! that 1971 superbird????" He seemed so exstatic. " I have always dreamed of driving that car."

"So you have known mrs willson for a long time?"

"I do we used to be frinds with her son." His expresson went sad. Out of instinct i grabed his hand and a massive tingling went up my are it made me shiver, i dropped his hand.

"Sorry statick.... Probably from my towl." I am ponting at it hanging over my sholder.

"No problem, felt kinda nice...." It did it felt very nice. Aaaaaah stupid girl brain.....

When we got back to the house alex and i excused oursleves to shower and change.

"Griffin, i think that guy likes you!"

"He's just being friendly" I say in a board tone.

"The way the 2 of you were talking.....Yea i dont thing so." She put her hands on her hips as i am digging for some clothes to wear.

"Like i said your reading to much into it....." Even though i did definatly have an MASSIVE attraction to him. She waved her hand at me.

"Yea, yea you keep telling yourself that...." She walks out to go shower.

Even though i was attracted to him, i didnt want a relationship...... My life was finally my own and i wanted to live and enjoy it with no strings attached.

(Damian's P.O.V)

I litrally have a goddess infront of me, wow she is so beautiful, i am over the mood that mrs willson offerd me to have dinner with them and that griffin agreed. My heart feel's like its flying with how happy i am. Griffing touched my hand and the wave of tingles and pleasure washed over me it was the most intoxicating thing ever! I wanted to hold her i wanted to feel that rush again, it is taking me all my will power to not do anything stupid, with everything she must have gone through in that house the last thing i want to do is rush her. But i need to be close to her i need to feel her in my arm's, this is gonna be one hell of a story when i tell the guys, but at the same time i think it would be best to keep this hush, hush fpr now. I want to see where this leads. When griffin was walking towards the lake i did notice the massive scar's on her back..... Blaze and i were both seething..... Who dared to do this to our mate!!! I am going to rip him apart for hurting her....... My thoughts were inturupted by mrs willson giving me tea. I take a sip and hum

"Mmmmmm, mrs willson i dont know how you do it, i remember even when i was a kid you always made the most delisious tea!!!" she laughed at me, with every sip i would hum in satisfaction.

"Its always a pleasure my boy"

Dinner was ready and we all took seats round the kitchen table, i opted to sit oposite griffing. Lee was right her eyes are mezmarising, she truely was the most beautiful woman i have ever seen!!! After dinner we had cake for desert and we chatted about all sorts, laughing and enjoying eachothers company. We moved our conversation to the lounge and kept talking, i looked at the time as i got a text from lee.

Lee - Need me to come take over? s**t is that the time its almost 9.

Me - Nah its all good, i will be back soon. Then paul can take over.

"Sorry about that, my friend was just checking if i was coming back for dinner."

We spoke for a little while longer, i couldnt help but watch griffin. She is so mezmarising.

"I need to get back....... Would it be ok if i came back tomorrow?" I was watching griffin carefully, waiting for her answer.

"That would be cool." YESSSSS i sound like a teenage girl...... I stood and thanked mrs willson for the food and made my way to the door, i stole one more look at griffin who was also looking at me then turned away as though she wasnt. Getting outside i take a deep breath. Best. Day. EVER! is all i can think, i link paul.

"Hay paul, you can come take over."

"Will do boss, see you in a few." I walked away and sat in the usual spot waiting for paul.

I cant help but feel happy like im on cloud 9, it was the most amazing feeling ever! A few minutes later paul came and i went back to the safe house. This night couldnt have gone any better i thing with a satifying smile, was short lived though as i hear it's voice.

"Damian, you sexy beast your back" She tried to wrap her arms around my neck, i pushed her away.

"Kiki i am not in the mood for your bullshit..." I am being as blunt as i can. Even if i hadnt found my mate, kiki would be so far down on my list that its not even visable.

"We were made for eachother, i feel the mate bond with you stop..."

"No you stop, i am not your mate, and will never be your mate." I am now getting angry, lee saw what was happening and came to my rescue.

"Kiki is that your food cooking? I can smell burning..." She ran off to the kitchen as lee gave me a knowing smile.

"As always thank you"

"You seem diffrent." Shit...Shit....Shit. is it that obvious???? "Glowing almost" f**k!!!!! Right stay calm....

"Yea right dude, think you seeing things."

"Dude aye?" He c***s an eyebrow at me.

"Its been a long day and i'm tired."

"Whatever you say....Dude." I rolled my eyes at him and made my way to my room. A good nights sleep is what i need and i can dream of my beautiful mate.
