Anyone might have thought they were a family of three, and the waitresses couldn't help but cast envious glances at Camille.
Trista saw the video call coming from Melanie. She was the one who had insisted Melanie call her at noon, but now she was having too much fun talking to Camille to hang up.
Soon, she received a text message from Melanie, asking how her day at school was, if she'd made new friends, what she ate for lunch, and reminding her to listen to the teacher and take a good nap.
