CHAPTER 37 BETHANY FOUND As Shea approached the outhouse, her phone pinged. Funny how the nearest decent cell coverage was by the shitter. After wrestling with the spring-loaded wooden door, she sat down on a seat next to one of the other campers whose name she hadn’t memorized. The woman gave Shea a worried look, like she was afraid Shea would bite her head off. No doubt a result of her outburst earlier. Shea smiled at her, but it wasn’t returned. When the woman left, Shea pulled out her phone, thankful the woman wasn’t in a chatty mood. Toni had sent her a text. “Call me.” When the woman left the outhouse, Shea called Toni. “Hey, just got your text.” “Your voice sounds funny. You doing okay?” Toni asked. “I’m…I’m all right. What’s up?” “An associate of mine with the FBI called.
