ARRESTED
Shea put the g*n in her jacket pocket now that Megan was going along with the plan. When they reached the parking lot, they left the van. Shea tossed the keys out into the wet night and hobbled into the truck.
Sitting in the passenger seat of her own truck felt weird, but still she was relieved to be finally getting away from this place. She would have loved to have been able to stop NCB and his minions from executing their doomsday plan. Now that the two of them were escaping, that became a strong possibility. But she would have to trust that Toni and her contacts in law enforcement could prevent a major catastrophe.
