Chapter 5

Aurora, Adonis and the Alpha and Beta of the silver bane pack walked into the large sitting room where the other Alpha's and their Luna were sitting. Aurora glanced at the Alpha and their Luna for a while before she finally settled into a couch with Adonis. They all exchanged pleasantries with smiles on their faces.

They were served drinks and food after a while by the maids before the Beta of the silver bane pack later invited them to the hall when the conference would be held. All the Alpha's and their Luna got up and followed Beta Fredrick to the hall which was filled with chairs. Adonis was invited to a special seat with some other Alpha's while just their Luna was left to sit alone in the other seats. They were served some more drinks and also given snacks to entertain themselves while the conference was going on.

Aurora was seated alone in a seat as she doesn't know any of the Luna who were seated besides her. She didn't really want to think of associating because she doesn't really know how they really behave, she doesn't need anyone that would humiliate her there. So she felt it was better if she just stayed alone until the conference was finally over so she could retire to their respective rooms with Adonis. She sat quietly on her seat and just glanced at the Alpha talking. Just then a Luna among the group of Luna got up from her seat and walked towards her. She noticed her but thought she just wanted to walk through but got gasped when Luna had her seat beside her.

"Hey, I'm Fae, the Luna of the red bull pack." Luna Fae introduced.

"I'm Aurora." Aurora just said without adding any title.

"Wow Aurora, it's so nice to meet you." Luna Fae said, stretching her hand to Aurora for a handshake.

"It's nice to meet you too Luna Fae." Aurora replied, and took her hand.

"I have been watching you since Aurora, you have been pretty quiet,why?" Luna Fae asked.

"It's nothing, I didn't just feel like talking much, and besides I didn't know any of you from anywhere." Aurora answered.

"But to me, it doesn't really matter, but you can associate no matter what, besides I didn't even know any of those Luna's before until today." Fae said,

"Hmm," Aurora exhaled. "I guess, you are so good at associating with others but I can't say that about myself." Aurora told her.

"I like you already, you are so easy to get along with compared to the other Luna's." Fae said,

"Thanks," Aurora smiled.

Fae also smiled back as they both started talking about some random things and laughing occasionally at their little conversation, not that they were in a conference. Fae was actually supposed to represent her husband in the conference who wasn't around but she ended up talking and laughing with Aurora and didn't bother to listen to anything they were saying in the meeting. Fae really enjoyed Aurora's company throughout the meeting and so also did Aurora. But they both frowned when they noticed the meeting had finally come to an end and the Alpha were having their handshake.

After a while all the Luna went back to the Alpha's as the guards led them to their various rooms. Fae was still seated with Aurora and they were still having their little friendly moment when Adonis walked up to them. Aurora didn't see him because she was so engaged in the conversation until Adonis called out to her.

"Let's go to our room." Adonis said,

"Oh ok, can you give me just a minute?" Aurora asked.

"Yes but don't keep me waiting." Adonis said,

"Ok thanks," she mouthed and turned back to Fae. She waved Fae goodbye before walking over to Adonis who was waiting patiently for her.

"Let go now." She said to Adonis and he started walking away with the guards who were in front as they both followed behind him.

The guard led them to a door and started right in front of the door. He opened the door with a key and handed over the keys to Adonis who quickly took the keys before they both walked into the room. Aurora sighed heavily as they both walked into the room. She walked further into the room and heard the door of the room being locked, just then she realized she was going to be sharing the same room with Adonis for the first time. Some parts of her were excited about the thought of spending the whole time with her mate in the same room but another part of her wasn't. She knew how it always ends with s*x but she wasn't really for that. It's not like she doesn't like having s*x with him but she just feel being used by him every single time they had finished having s*x. And also earlier that morning what happened between them was still deep in her head.

Aurora was still hurt that Adonis could bring himself to apologise to her this morning and that was why she doesn't even feel like doing anything with him tonight.

"Why are you still standing there, when the bed and couch are open for you?" Adonis asked, bringing her back to reality. Just then she realized she had been standing in the middle of the room while her mind was far away.

Aurora quickly walked over to the couch and had her seat, and started removing her shoes. Adonis went over to the bathroom and took off his clothes and mixed a warm bath for himself in the bathtub before getting in. He stayed there for a while before finally coming out. He grabbed a towel from the rope and tied in around his waist before walking back into the room. His body and hair was wet when he walked into the room. Aurora was just seated on the couch tiredly when Adonis walked in. She looked towards his direction and started dulling over his well built body. The water dripping from his body did well, making him look so hot and gorgeous that she could take her eyes off him for even a moment. She was so lost in staring at him and she wished she could just have him right away. Her n*****s are hard inside her dress as she remains seated while still staring at him. She didn't even notice he was also watching her.

"You like what you see?" Adonis smirked and she quickly realized she had been cut and turned her glance away from his body.

Adonis smiled and walked towards her. Her heart beat rapidly when she saw him approaching and she regretted ever staring at him in the first place. He stopped in front of her and held her right hand into his and stared directly into her eyes. Aurora quickly looked away.

"You should also have your bath, it would make you feel relaxed." Adonis said and left her hand before walking towards the dresser. Aurora sighed when she noticed she wasn't in front of her anymore. She quickly stood up and walked over to the bathroom.

She shut the bathroom door behind her and rested her back against the door as she tried to relax her racing heart she was actually grateful he didn't make any s****l advance towards her that moment besides she knows she wouldn't definitely fall for it. Immediately he went closer to her, her heart was actually racing but her wolf was so happy and having an expectation. But when he went away her wolf felt sad and she quickly left the room. She was just going to take her bath, get dressed and just sleep.

Aurora walked over to the bathtub and also mixed her bath before taking off her clothes. She stepped into the bathtub and immediately she felt relieved. She stayed in the bathtub for a while before she didn't really feel like stepping out of the bathtub again. She was actually enjoying the comfort she was getting from the water and wished she could just spend all the night there. She stayed in the bathtub for almost an hour before finally stepping out of it. She told a towel and was about tying it on her chest but remembered Adonis was in the room. She couldn't just dry her body in front of him,so it would be better if she dried her body in the bathroom before going into the room. She sighed and started drying her body immediately.

After drying her body, she tied the towel around her chest before walking back into the room. She saw Adonis already dressed and was now laying in the bed when she got in. She went over to her bags and unzipped it and took out her nightgown and underwear and went back to the bathroom. She walked back into the room all dressed and slowly walked towards the bed.
