Alexander’s POV We pulled up to the street, and I quickly turned off the car. Street lamps dotted down the sidewalks and illuminated the area. It looked like any other normal street. I sighed, knowing it could potentially be a long night of searching, and we might very well come up empty-handed. However, I knew I wouldn’t be able to rest until I had her back, and everyone else in the car knew it too. I was thankful to have friends who, though sometimes got on my nerves, did support me and trust me. Getting out of the car, we silently made our way to the first of many houses. Since I knew practically nothing about what we were looking for, we needed to be thorough in our investigation of each home.
