I silently listened to Yasi as she started talking. My jaw clenched and couldn’t be more disappointed by her statement.
“… we suspected that the driver could have been spying on Lia for a long time.”
“Why is that? What evidence have you found?”
“I left it in the police… it was pictures found in the van’s compartment. The photos were somewhat related to Lia. The pictures included the reception hall of the hotel where Lia’s fifteenth birthday was celebrated, your building’s parking lot, our classroom during our fourth grade, and the cafeteria inside your building.”
Anna worked for me… that makes sense why there are pictures related to the company’s building.
