Those words echoed in my head. I couldn’t feel anything and even my organs stopped functioning for some seconds.
“We tried our best to save both of them. The patient had a miscarriage due to the trauma or the sudden impact while the patient was driving…”
I couldn’t understand the other words that the Doctor said. I sat down when my knee keeps trembling. My tears stopped flowing and just I realized it… everything inside me was numb.
The Doctor left and we were permitted to go inside Anna’s room… but I couldn’t.
