Chapter 19

when we reached the place we were going on o we stood in front of huge metal gates and it looked like it went all the way round as far as I could see and there were two guards standing on the inside of the gate Crystal spoke to them and they opened up the gates and we walked in it was lovley looked like a human town little streets nice white houses with yards some even had cars parked in the drive some had swing sets and little bikes in the yard lying around I seen bigger building that said school and beside it was a smaller one saying shop as we walked further around I noticed a hospital and a church “ah we are here” she stops in front of a White House the garden was full of roses all different colours of roses it was beautiful we go up to the door she turns around and gives me a wink “here goes” she smiles as she opens the door and right inside I seen my mother standing beside a man looking right at me my legs couldn’t move I was stuck in the spot I couldn’t even speak I just stared amazed that I was looking at my mother she had on a long white dress her long light brown hair curly and flowing blue eyes sparkling and beside her holding her was a man he was tall and he had blue eyes aswell his short spikes brown hair he was wearing dark blue denims and a white T-shirt and barefoot I could feel shaking in my bones now I don’t know what I actually feel relief that my mother is alive and right here or that she has been alive all this time and never came for me or that she let everyone believe Marcus killed her I take a step backwards not sure what to do “honey please come in let’s talk” my mother opens her arms waiting but I couldn’t move “Carmel” the man said but I couldn’t even look at him he’s a stranger and I didn’t want to add any more emotions to how I feel right now my eyes began to water I turn to Crystal “I want to go home can you take me to my family” I manage to say out she looked disappointed for a moment then turns to my mother and man “it’s ok it will take time but we need to talk honey so try come in sit down let me have 5 minutes to talk with you” I need to stop shaking but I can’t I can feel the change coming on and I can’t stop maybe because I’m not 100 percent sure I even want to stop it right now I don’t feel safe my mother began to panick “don’t change Carmel please stay calm please you need to listen to me” but her words I couldn’t hear they were muffled this has never happened before when I change something is going on but I feel stronger but before anything else happened my head began to spin something hurted my kneck from behind but I was falling to the floor everything was going fuzzy the last thing I see if my mothers concerned face beside me and the blackness took over I was floating into a deep deep sleep.  I wake up rubbing my eyes f**k that was the weirdest dream I open my eyes and see I’m in a new place iv never seen before I was in a big bed with white satin covers and pillows the room was all bright and white walls and white rug a tv mounted on the wall a big square mirror on the other wall white curtains then it hit me my mother with the man and Crystal and the little human town I’m still here come on we’re is Athena when you need her and her magic I need to find a way to contact them I sit up give myself a shake and get up go over to the door it was open I go out and into the hall again it was white what is it with these people and white do they not know there is other colours out there I go down the stair and here talking I try and be quiet going down and make a noise on a creepy step “Carmel is that you come on in you must be hungry” Crystal chanted I take a deep breath and go in well I have no clue were I am and there was guarded gates around the place so I need to be smart about this I need to find a phone I keep a look out as I go in to a kitchen we’re they were all sitting around a table there was muffins and pancakes and bacon  on the table and coffee it smelled good I was hungry I hadn’t ate in weeks I take a seat well can’t hurt I need to get energy to get home “here sis” Crystal hands me a plate of pancakes and bacon and a hot cup of coffee but the plate was stacked I count 6 pancakes and 6 rashers of bacon I look up at her “well you must be starving” and she shrugs I was so I dig in as soon as I finished my mother starts “so honey I herd everything that happened I’m so sorry I wasn’t there for you I never thought Logan would go that far if I did I would have took you with me but I didn’t want to put you in danger as he knew what you looked like and would have hunted you down he always wanted a family that’s why I thought you would be safe” she hangs her head the man came forward reaching his hand out to me “Carmel I’m glad I finally get to meet you I’m Terry and I’m your “ he didn’t finish I stand up “it’s night time” ok no clue as to why I just stuttered that out but I just noticed “yes it is honey but” I started pacing “she does the same as you” Terry said to my mother “hay ok so am I a prisoner here or can I get to go home or at least call my family let them know I’m ok” I stop and fold my arms across my chest “honey you can do what you want you are not a prisoner and we let Marcus know we’re you are he is on his way” I could feel my body relax I finally get to see my family I’m so happy right now I look at my mother “thank you” I whisper she nods I sit on her sofa in the livingroom she sits across from me “yeah I get it crystal told me most of it I’m glad your alive mum I really am but I just need time to get used to it and also about the father and sister situation aswell not to mention twin thing it’s all to much but I’ll get used to it in time” I hope now it’s just the wait for Marcus to come get me .
