While we made our way home, Logan made Theo tell her about our part of the escape. He carried me on his back while Logan carried his school bag because they thought I still seemed disoriented. I didn’t want to admit it, but I was having a hard time keeping focused with what they were saying. It might be because they were half breeds that they weren’t as affected.
