"Mommy, ano po pala name ni Daddy?"

*cough*

I cough so hard after hearing my son's question.

Freya handed me a cup of water and I immediately take and drink it.

"Mommy, OK lang po ikaw?"

Luca asked, voice full of concern.

No baby, I'm not ok. How can I be ok if you keep on asking questions that is almost impossible for me to answer?

Oh god. Dapat pala inalam ko ang pangalan ng ama niya bago ko ito nilayasan o kaya tiningnan ko man lang yung mukha.

And besides, I just can't tell names. Paniguradong paniniwalaan yun ni Luca. I can't let him believe in lies, especially if it is about his father. Pero kung may isang bagay man akong sasabihin tungkol sa ama niya, yun ay..... ang gwapo ng Daddy mo anak, at ikaw ang patunay.

"Y-yes, yes. Mommy is okay. Maybe mommy is sick, that's why." I replied.

"Yes Luca, your mommy is not feeling well, so eat your food para hindi ka rin magkasakit, Ok? And stop asking questions or else magkaka-heart attack yang mommy mo dahil sa mga tanong mo"

Freya then said, but tiningnan lang siya ni Luca ng puno ng pagtataka.

It is really a good thing to have Freya as a backup.

That night, I called Colt. Colt Samonte is my cousin in my mother's side. He's a son of my mother's elder brother and my closest cousin.

Noong pinalayas ako ni Dad, siya agad ang una kong tinawagan. Noong nalaman niya ang ginawa sa akin ni Ada, sobrang nagalit siya. We even came back to King Club to obtain evidence of Ada framing me, but but all the evidence has disappeared.

Sa sobrang galit niya, sinugod niya pa nun si Ada, kaya mas lalong nagalit si dad, lalo na't wala kaming ebidensiya.

At that time, Colt is planning to move to L.A to start his acting career. His mother, aunt Courtney Levis, was a former American actress, but she hasn't yet reached the peak of her career when she decided to stop acting and happily married Tito David, Colt's father. It was her who influence Colt to do acting.

Colt decided to bring me to L.A, but before that, he encouraged me to change my surname, and I did. I don't think I can stand sharing the same surname with the person who destroyed me, though siya yung nakikigamit ng apelyido ko. I changed my surname to my mother's. From Sandra Luna Divino, I became Sandra Luna Samonte.

After staying in L.A for a month, I learned that I'm pregnant. I decided to keep the baby, even though I don't have any idea on how to take care of a baby. After giving birth to Luca, Colt hired me as his personal assistant. Ayaw ko na kasing tumanggap ng tulong mula sa kanya so he decided to give me a job. After two years of working as Colt's p.a, his manager decided to resign. Colt then offered me to be his new manager. Colt is very confident of me so I accepted the offer. Luckily, naging maayos ang takbo ng career niya.

I'm lying in the bed talking to Colt while Luca is peacefully sleeping beside me.

[How's your flight?]

Colt asked from the other line.

"It was fine, wala Naman nangyaring plain crash".

I replied.

[Can you be more serious, huh Sandra?].

he sounded pissed pero tinawanan ko lang siya, pero mahina lang baka kasi magising si Luca.

[Where are you staying right now?]

He asked again.

" Freya insisted that we'll spend a night in her house, then tomorrow lilipat kami ng condo." I said.

[OK, call me immediately kung may ginawa silang Hindi maganda sayo at kay Luca.] he reminded me.

"Masyado mo naman yata kaming mahal, pinsan."

I mocked. Parang nanay lang kung makapagbilin eh.
