Emerald

Emerald pov Hello i'm Emerald Payne and i have a twin called Jack. We are the Beta's children but you couldn't see it in me. I have been placed as the Pack's Omega. Want to guess why?? Because i killed my mother. Yes killed her just being born. My father hates me for that. At least the pack don't beat me fysically anymore because they saw that my brother felt my pain and got my bruises. But verbal abuse continues still. I do everything here, cooking cleaning. etc. I sleep in the attic alone. Tonight at midnight will be my first shift and of course Jack's as well. Dad is going to be with him, i wonder who's going to with cause pack laws states that nobody is allowed to alone at his/hers first shifting. If nobody want's to oversee my shifting the Alpha is suppose to oversee it. I giggle at the thought. Yea, that's not going to happen. I see myself at the kitchen cabinet glass door. I'm fairly pretty, shoulder length dark brown hair, almost black. Emerald green eyes (that's where i got my name, thanks granpa), dark red lips. But i'm slender very slender and i'm 5.5 tall. I have no figures ( my current name is Plank) I look at the clock it's seven am, time to check that everything is in order in the dining room. As i  turn to leave i hear the Elder speak "Emerald, stay. Alpha has some announcements" "what now" i think Finally Alpha arrives with Cat. His girl, not mate. He has not found his mate yet. But i'm guessing that Cat is going to be the Luna. " I have few announcements today. We have 2 shifts today my future Beta Jack's and Omega Emerald's. Beta Zachariah will be at his son's shifting. That leaves Emerald, current Beta has told me that he will not oversee her shifting. I will force no-one to with this task but someone has to be with her. Any volunteers??" He finishes. Everyone is quiet, nobody wants to do it. Finally Elder Tristan speaks: I will oversee it. "Granpa, you are suppose be with me at my shifting" Jack say's "Emerald is my grandaughter too and will be at her shifting" Granpa say's I ´smile to granpa gratefully. "Omega, you are allowed to eat properly today, i will no allow you to put my future Beta in danger because you are weak. Besides you can think that this is the only birthday present the pack is ever going to give you. Then Alpha continues, "Now the second announcement: I and Zachariah have decided that Emerald Payne will be leaving to Haden Hill School tomorrow after breakfast. Pack erupts howls and cheers. They are happy. "i'm leaving, i'm leaving" Slowly the thought hits i get to leave, i get to be free. I know it's Haden Hill the Werewolf military school. But i'll be free. I smile to myself.  The rest of the day i'm humming to myself happily when i do my chores. In the evening i start to pack. I don't have much stuff so everything i own fits to a gym bag. Around ten Granpa comes to find me "Time go Emerald" Were walking in to the woods, i should've known. I 'm not allowed use the shifting ground "i will miss you, Granpa." i say "I willl miss you too" he says to me It's midnight and my body starts burning. "Granpa, it's starting" "hurry, take off you clothes before they tear to shreds" he say's I can hear bones start to snapping and twisting to a new form. The pain is almost unbearable but i keep my eyes at my Granpa. His presence eases the pain. Now i know why the not alone law exists.  My face starts to longate to a snout. And my human ears falls off and i feel my wolf ears grow. It feels like hours in pain. Finally it's done. I have beautiful silver fur and granpa tells me that eyes stayed green. "Hello Emerald. I'm here. I'm Moira" "Hello Moira, I have waited you my whole life" "i know and i'm never going leave you. I'm going to be your best friend forever" "i have friend, i think happily" "Moira smiles to me. Were are going to have so much fun in Haden Hill"   " Now, my sweetheart. You have to howl to Alpha to announce yourself. You are still member of this pack." I breath deeply in and i let out long howl to midnight air. And we wait and wait. There's no answer to me.  This hurts the most. The Alpha refuse's to notice my presence.  I shift back to my human form and i'm not a plank anymore. I have curves now a round butt an perky c-cup. Then we hear Jack's long howl to Alpha Greg. Tears start form when i hear the Alpha's howl.
