CHAPTER 1 THE ACCUSATION. "Akira,You are hereby barnished from Shadow pack."Alpha Theo said sternly.. Akira a strong and resilient warrior,as that day was the day of her coronation where she would be crowned the chief warrior due to the many battles she had conquered , saving Shadow pack from evil hands was accused falsely of stealing.. Whispers were heard from the crowd as they were surprised by the announcement made by Alpha Theo.. Akira was frozen in shock, she couldn't believe his words as she wanted to know her crime.. "You are found guilty of stealing an Ancient relic which is the Claw of the Ancients, it is the fossilized claw that holds the power of the pack's ancestors. Its theft is considered a grave betrayal,purnishable by banishment."Alpha Theo added.. "I...i didn't do it."Akira stutter as she waJs still in shock.. "I'm serious, I didn't steal it.. I've never seen such in my life before."She pleaded as her words fell on deaf ears. The Werewolves of shadow pack were filled with silence as they looked at Akira with disdain,they knew she had committed a great attrocity and must be punished.. Akira was confused, she needed them to believe her..she looked at her mate who was her last hope, she knew he would believe her..She looked at him waiting to hear a response from him but he was mute and he looked at her with so much disappointment.. "You do not believe them, do you? "Akira asked holding his hands as tears clouded her eyes.. Phil who was Akira's mate,he gently pulled out his hands from hers.. He was so ashamed of her and couldn't look her straight in the eyes.. Akira and Phil were lovers as they had a strong bond with one another but that bond seemed to have shattered.. "How could you do this?"Phil asked as he was ashamed of her.. "I didn't do it I swear..Even if others find it hard to believe me, you shouldn't because you know me better than anyone.. Don't believe what they’re saying, these are just false accusations."Akira pleaded.. "False accusations you say? I reject you as my mate.. I can never have a thief as my mate."Phil said sternly as he walked away.. Akira stood in shock as the person she called lover,abandoned her the time she needed him the most.. "Akira, you are here by barnished from Shadow pack as you shall not be seen anywhere close to it. "Alpha Theo said authoritatively as he made the judgement. Everywhere started becoming chaotic as there was noise everywhere.. Akira stood there looking confused and surprised by the whole drama and how everything happened so fast. How she was being accused of theft from her own people, the people she was ready to lay her life for and how she was being rejected by her own Mate,someone who is so dearly to her.. She was still in shock as she was dragged out by the bodyguard followed by some werewolves in Shadow pack.. Tears dropped like raindrops from her eyes..The feeling that she was going to be a loner struck her.. After so many years of fighting and saving her own pack and she was treated like this? "Who did this to me? "She thought.. Akira was taken to the outskirts of Shadow pack and was dropped like a piece of trash by the bodyguards as one of them spat on her.. She cried bitterly,someone who was loved by all is now hated by all. "Phil couldn't stand by me after all we have been through,is this how life truly is?"Akira said as tears filled her eyes.. "Where do I go from here. "Akira said as she scanned the environment "Hope I am save here?"She asked. Akira stood up as she was looking for a place to settle for the night to begin her journey to another pack the day time..She gathered some woods and she made a fire out of it..Akira sat close to it under the moon as it illuminated a great light. She was lost deeply in thoughts as she couldn't notice a figure approaching..she finally realized when the figure was close to her,she immediaty stood up with force.. Akira couldn't see the face of the figure clearly as the fire from the woods had reduced.. ''Who are you? "Akira said authoritatively.. "If you make a move I'll kill you.” She added as she took a wood as an object of defense. The figure stopped instantly.. Akira raised a wood with fire as she wanted to see the face of the figure..As she raised it,she was shocked by the appearance of the figure, he had a well built body as hard as a rock, a long hair and a red eyes as it illuminated. "Do not be scared..i won't hurt you” The figure said with a soothing voice. "I am not scared and you can't hurt me.” Akira said confidently.. "You speak with so much bravery,i must commend you for that." The figure said as he clapped.. "I am Jude.. I own here."He said smiling slightly.. Akira was intrigued by his words as she looked around to see a hut or something but she didn't see any, Just a bare land covered with woods.. "I can see you really own here.''Akira said glaring at him.. "So what brings you to my humble abode?"Jude asked.. Akira was having a mixed feeling about Jude as she had started seeing him as a mentally deranged person.. "Moreover why will someone in their right senses be proud of this place."Akira thought as she looked around. Akira sat on the woods as she was already tired as a lot had happened today and now she was stuck with a mentally deranged person.. Jude sat close to her looking at her,Akira noticed it,she wanted to change her position but she couldn't, she had to stay there with him as she watched the fire quench slowly.. "Why are you even here?"Akira asked.. Jude looked at her, he smiled broadly and blinked his eyes continuously. Akira finally concluded that he was actually mentally deranged.. "I am really in trouble."Akira thought as she looked at Jude.
