It was finally time to fill Alvin in on the whole situation. My life was about to change and I hadn’t talked to him about it much at all. I sent him a text to come over later and tapped Ginny’s name. I read through the last few texts we’d exchanged. She was leaving the next day, and I was making plans with someone else. I couldn’t focus on her anymore.
