Ginny never responded to my text. I thought about going over to her house, but I didn’t want to put her dad in the middle of our problems.
I sent her a text the next day and asked if she was okay. I went to work on the wedding and tried not to stress too much about Ginny.
She finally replied just before the servers came in for dinner plates. She said she left her phone in her room and it died so she never got my messages. She was sorry, she was fine, but she wasn’t available that night.
