Sitting down staring at the window as I watched the rain shower the earth, thinking about all that had happened these few days , it's been six month since I lost my mum but it still feels like yesterday. Loosing my mum is something I have never thought about would happen soon ,funny how things could change in a blink of an eye ,just thinking about it make me think , " what if I would be gone tomorrow " , cause we aren't certain of what tomorrow holds . I stood up from my bed to take a shower, when I was done I tied up a towel around my body and stepped out of the shower, walking towards my closet , i took a blue short and a white shirt and put it on , I came across my school uniforms in the drawer , just looking at it took me back to what happened for the past six months .My dad withdrew me from school because of what happened there , now thinking about it , i think it's actually for the best . I went downstairs , heading for the dinning room , I was greeted with a big smile from nana , she has always been with me since I was little, she is just like a second mum to me. "Good morning my princess " she greeted. "Good morning my queen " I answered as we both laughed as I took my sit in the dinning room . as she served me my breakfast. " How was your night " she asked, "Good" I responded as I watched her fill my plate up with food . "Don't you think this is too much" I asked her "no , not at all " she said, "she how you've become so skinny" , "do you want your mother to be upset and say I didn't feed you well" , she said ," well I know she knows you are doing a good job" I said , " I just hope she knows how much is miss her" I sighed . " well am sure she knows after all you are her daughter " nana said trying to brighten up my mood . " so now you would have to eat and take care of yourself to make her happy, ok ?" "yes I would" I said and started eating my breakfast . " By the way , I have some good news your dad told me you would be starting school as of next week " she said "Really?" I asked, "yes , finally you get to leave the house " she said , " well I'm not that excited about starting school " ."why ?" she asked,"well with the last experience I had at school, I don't think I would want to go to school any more besides people do make it out in life without school " I said . " I don't know what you are talking about since you have refused to tell us what's going on in your life " she said , " but if you do not want to go you should talk about it with your dad and not me" she continued " yeah I would do just that when he comes back " I said then started eating my food as she left to go do some chores in the kitchen. At night, I was about going to bed, then I heard my dads voice . He was talking to someone over the phone , so I took that opportunity to speak to him. so I stood up from my bed and wore my flipflop and headed to his room , I knocked at the door before getting in ,as soon as I entered the room , He noticed my presence and ended the call and said " why are you still up princess " he asked. " well I hear your voice i was about going to bed and I had something to discuss with you that's if you are not" I said . " I can't be too busy for my princess ", he said as he took off his tie and sat down " so tell me , whatdo you want to talk about? " he asked . " nana told me I would be starting school next week " I paused and read his reaction to what I just said he took some few minutes before he answered, " yes , it's true , so what's with the question " he answered , " well I do not want to go to school anymore I would prefer to study at home " I said firmly. " why" he asked well i can't really say much on that but i would rather partake in home study than going to school " . " well all I can say is that you are going to school either you you like it or not " he saidb" but " , " end of discussion " he said cutting me off " and I wouldn't discuss about this anymore , am I clear ? " he asked but i didn't respond not wanting to end it , " am I clear " he asked again waiting for my response. " yes sir " I answered and went back room . I seriously do not want to go back to school , well I just have to accept my fate and go just hoping that history would not repeat itself . This taking me back in time my first love Dylan , he was everything the girls wished for including me , and my wish came true we were so inlove with each other until a certain day he was acting all strange , he was ignoring me , not wanting to talk . I saw him hanging out with kristina , the most popular girl that he told me he gets irritated of her, which I found unusual.
