Being hunted

"I'm so excited babe!"Christine squilled excitedly, "I know" Carson said. Giovanni came into the bus with Tess hand crossed in his, they sat down at the other role next to carson's seat. Christine sniffed jealously because she'd just broken up with giovanni a week ago and suddenly he replaced her with a nobody like Tess that same week and now giovanni and Tess were the almighty power couple in school. She crossed her legs and then uncrossed, crossed, uncrossed, she kept it going till the bus started moving. It was night when the eight teenagers reached the woods,they wanted to have a hang out that was going to be their last day together,they were all going to college. They entered the creaking dusty vacation house, Valentino's parents owned the place so they had permission to go there. "This is where we'd be staying?"Vanessa asked surprisingly. "Yeah anything wrong?"Valentino confirmed. "No, it's beautiful right Vanessa?"Christine said. "Come on babe let's unpack"she added. "This looks like a real life scary movie"giovanni said. "Yeah and it's awesome,I even brought a game we could play"said Valentino. "What is the name?"Duke asked. "Being hunted"he answered. An hour later the eight of them sat round a table to play the game. "Open up and hunt for your preys"Valentino said. "That's not scary try this, open up and kill everyone who seats round this table for just this night"carson said and they all laughed. They continued the game till they were all bored, then decided to get some sleep they were leaving in three days time. Carson woke up that same night to the sound of knocks on the door. He stood up, grabbed his phone and opened it but no one was there,now he could here knocks from downstairs. He turned on his phone light because the light switch were seriously damaged,he went straight to the front door. The door is made of both glass and wood, through the glass he saw shadow of a person. "Who's that" he said but the shadow left and he turned back to leave. "Who was that?"Christine asked coming towards him. "Maybe adventurers"he said. "Why would they knock?". "I don't know". "I'm starting to get scared"she confessed. "I'm sure it's nothing to worry about"he reassured her. She nodded and sat on the sofa with him, "hahaha"a soft laughter came from the stairs, Christine knew who it was,it was Tess and giovanni, she hated Tess because she was giovanni's girlfriend. "Oh i didn't know you guys were here"Tess said apologetically, "No I think it's fine"Carson said. "How generous"giovanni said. "Carson let's go for a walk"Christine said. "But it's the middle of the night"Carson said. "That's what makes it romantic"she argued then he agreed. They left the house immediately, "what's up with her?"Vanessa asked. "She's probably jealous"Gabby said. "Yeah right" Tess said. Carson and Christine walked through the woods hand in hand. "Christine.. we need to talk"carson said. "About what?"she asked. "I know you're still in love with giovanni"Carson said. He caught her straight ahead, "and I totally understand"he continued. "No babe I'm not"she lied. "I'm also cheeting on you with Abigail"he said. And her jaw dropped, "you gold digging i***t!"she yelled. "Excuse me". "How dare you, look it's over okay, it's over!!!"she shouted and kept walking further then he tried following her but she started to run. He saw something watching her in the corner. "Christine come back!!, there's something watching you!!"he said but it was too late. Thing or person pounced on her and stabbed her in the chest till she died, after seeing this Carson ran towards her and the person ran off into the woods. He carried her body back to the house and showed it to the rest. "Oh no, Gabby and Duke went for a walk too" Tess said.
