Skylar awoke, disappointed to find that Mason had already left their room. She took her morning shower and dressed quickly. She had a feeling something was wrong. As she reached the first floor, voices she didn't recognize reached her ears. She walked to the sound of them and found that the conference room was full of unfamiliar faces. Her wolves were on edge, and she tried to assure them that everything would be ok.
