Cassandra sat at the head of the table in the conference room. Each of the council members sat to her right. Madeline, Nathanial, and Jenny sat to her left. Andre, Betty, Tabitha, and Dylan stood behind their parents.
Cassandra laid the Lupinomicon on the table in front of her. She smiled at everyone present, "The Lupinomicon is a book that I created many, many years ago. It was formed with magic, and I could only write the names of the first eight elemental wolves in the book. The book has an entry for every wolf ever born. It lists their mate or mates; it shows their children. It has a birth date and a death date and where they were born and where and how they died. The book can not be altered in any way. No one can remove an entry or add an entry. All entries are made automatically."
