When the sun rises in the morning and when we find it difficult to get up from the lazy bed,our hands easily stretch towards the phone,yet another day begins with running after behind the f*******: updates,i********: stories and w******p status.society has become more keen on what others are doing.They worry about what should be the display photo in w******p and are addicted to escape from the reality of life
Direct communication among people reduced and they just want to switch the world off because our mobile phone serves us everytime.We know we are afraid of losing something which we love most and there comes the phobia,the fear NOMOPHOBIA,the term is an abbrevation for “no mobile phone or losing your signal”phobia which is real and getting worse.
Do you frequently checking your phone?constantly charging the battery?Taking your phone to the washroom?Does a low battery icon leave you desperate ?if yes..we people are suffering from Nomophobia,these are the symptoms.approximately majority of the people in this generation,regardless of the age have this phobia and it is also named as “smartphone addiction”and world’s worst problem.
Now it feels that life was much easier when apple and black berry were just fruits.In the earlier era,life was much better in terms of humanity and human bond before the arrival of smartphones.There was much room for sharing happiest and to spend quality time with family members because of proper eye contact and the face to face chit chat,which is one of the most essential factor of better conversation and for better understanding.Now a days we people are obsessed with capturing photos of dishes before eating.They are busy with capturing for the beautiful moments in phones and not to heart.we people are only conscious
about what to update to the followers.
It is found that fifty three percent of mobile phones users trend to be anxious fifty eight percent of men and forty eight percent of women suffer from the phobia and nine percent feel stressed when their mobile phones are off.So most of the people have assumed that the life we see on i********: is real .but it not.In every socialmedia platform we only share the positive side of a success and we keep all the negativities,failures,struggles as hidden.
In this generation,that we are living in a digital world.so smartphones are highly required.but for the better sake we have to keep less addiction to phone..here is few tips to end your smartphone addiction:Turn off your cellphone at least an hour before bed. Secondly,set a limited time to scroll on your phone.thirdly we are social creatures ,so engage in real human contact.that something a smart phone just can’t replicate.
You cannot upload LOVE ,cannot download TIME,Google can’t just give all the answers in life.somethings in life should be felt by words,touch or a stare.
