I woke up feeling hot; one heavy arm lay across my body making it difficult to breathe. James had also flung his leg over me, and I was pretty much trapped. He continued to sleep, letting a snore out every now and then as I tried to push him off. He was like dead weight and wouldn’t budge. Furthermore, I could feel a certain pressure against my backside, letting me know that at least some part of him was alert. The thought caused me to giggle out loud. The sound must have been enough to alert the sleepyhead because he shifted and rolled over. I made my escape and headed to the bathroom to relieve myself.
