“Are you sure you know where you're going?” Nini’s voice perched from behind me and it was pissing me the hell off. I didn't deserve to be in this situation. Muddling through dirt and sweat.
I gave her a dismissive wave and continued going toward the direction I was not sure where it was. But I wasn't going to give her the satisfaction of seeing that I failed.
I studied the trees intently, like I was actually going to see some kind of sign. I groaned, palming my face. You know what? Forget this. We could just wait here till my father found us. No way he'd let a bunch of low life rogues beat him.
