“Amelia! It's good to see you again.” he said warmly.
Sophia’s brows lifted, her head tilting slightly as she glanced between us.
“You two know each other?” she asked, curiosity evident in her tone.
I gave a small nod. “We met during my time at Silver Pack, before I came here.”
John's smile widened.
Violet’s eyes narrowed ever so slightly as she looked between us. Her lips curved into a tight smile. “How… interesting.”
“You never mentioned you knew such a handsome warrior.” Lily sidled up to me, whispering, her eyes wide with curiosity.
