Amelia
The first rays of dawn filtered through the huge windows, casting a soft golden glow into the room. I slowly woke up in a haze, my mind still clouded with sweet dreams. I subconsciously curled up my body and immediately noticed three unmistakable things, I was not in my room, I was wrapped in an impossible soft sheet and there was a familiar scent on the whole space that made my heart beat faster.
Turning my head slightly, I saw him. Xavier. The Alpha, sleeping next to me. In the morning light, his features were particularly distinct. His raven-black hair tumbled lazily onto his forehead, his strong features softened by sleep.
His normally piercing green eyes were now closed, his thick lashes casting a faint shadow on his face. The memories of last night came flooding back, his
