fuck...how did I end up with a bastard like you' 'you would have just died the day you killed that s**t of a mother' 'you are nothing but a curse to me' The words replayed in Yu Weixing's mind as he walked forward, his steps light as though nothing in the world could hurt him, he ignored the curious looks that were directed his way, or rather he didn't notice them He just walked forward, unaware of where he was heading, the streets were becoming scanty ,the liveliness dying down, after all, no normal person would be out taking a ' walk' past midnight, but he wasn't normal, he was far from that and he knew it He'd never been normal, He wanted to escape, to leave this cruel world that just seemed to cause him trouble His legs felt numb but it didn't make him stop, his head was still buzzing from being hit but he couldn't feel the pain , he didn't even notice the blood that trickled down his face He stopped walking, finally registering where his legs had brought him For the first time of the night he smiled, one that wasn't filled with ridicule but an actual smile His gaze fixed on the river in front of him To others it was nothing but a normal body of water, a place to have fun on a beach day, but to him, it was a saving grace, a light that had surfaced in his lonely dark world He walked forward, his steps quicken, a bit of joy arousing in his heart as he approached it , Just a few more steps and he would be free, he would finally leave , he could finally experience true happiness .... " Thank you world" he said, a smile plastered on his face as he felt the water rising upwards the more he walked forward The feeling of breathless felt like the best feeling he had experienced as the water covered his head, he couldn't have asked for more.. He felt his consciousness slipping away,a bit of expectation aroused in him For once, something right had finally happened to him,he felt the water invade his lungs , filling it but all he cared about was the joy he was finally experiencing Just when he thought that he had finally ended the havoc of a life he lived, he felt something pull him up, away from the water His eyes opened, someone was pulling him, he didn't want to be rescued, he didn't want to be saved... He tried to struggle but he couldn't get free, he was pulled farther away from the water, from the only source of happiness he had opened His eyes opened,his gaze meeting the hazy figure next to him, the person that had pulled him apart from the joy he had come to experience The world blacked out on him .... ----------------------------------------------------- Yu weixing woke up with a start, his heart heaving violently against his chest "Took you long enough" a voice sounded , startling Yu Weixing Yu weixing turned his head, finally noticing the extra person in the room , a frown formed on his lips "Who are you?" He asked, his voice hoarse, the person stood up, walked closer to the bed, placing a hand on Yu Weixing's head "Get lost" Yu weixing said , swatting the hand away from his head, "You still have a fever" the person said, ignoring Yu weixing's words Yu weixing's frown deepened , the guy was about to leave the bedside but Yu weixing grabbed the person's hand , " Who are you" he asked, his voice cold,his grip tightened The guy clicked his tongue , a playful smile on his lips "Just call me your savior" he said, a smile tugging at his lips Yu Weixing paused, his gaze darkened He was the one who had pulled him out... " I didn't need a Savior" he said, his voice hostile The guy tsk-ed twice, shaking his head "Here I thought you'd fallen in by mistake" he mumbled to himself Yu weixing remained quiet, he tried to stand up but the guy stopped him, holding him in place " Let go" Yu weixing said through gritted teeth, anger written on his face It'd be weird if he wasn't angry, after all ,not only had this guy stopped him from ending the punishment of a life he lived, but he also stopped him from leaving The guy remained unfazed, that smile still remained on his lips " If I let you go now, wouldn't you just find another river to jump into" he asked, though it was more of a statement Yu weixing felt like giving the guy a good beating "How is that your problem?" Yu Weixing asked, irritated "As a citizen of the china republic, I can't just let you commit suicide" he said, he paused, his lips tugging upwards "It'd be a shame to all mankind" he added, emboiding the form of a patriotic citizen Bullshit.... Yu weixing didn't believe it, who would believe it when such words are said with that smirk on his face Yu weixing scoffed, emiting disdain "It's not your business or china's if I decide to end my life" he said , saying each word slowly The guy clicked his tongue, he'd never seen someone who talked about suicide as though it was a normal thing "Take it easy dude, I don't know you and you don't know me, just think about it , isn't it fate that we met each other in such a way" he said, sighing with emotion Yu weixing couldn't help but wonder if the guy could understand human language, it seemed as though, the guy didn't hear what he'd said or rather , he just ignored it "You're insane" Yu weixing said, his chest heaving violently from anger The guy sighed, handing Yu weixing a glass of water but was rudely rejected by Yu weixing " Since the universe wants us to meet, it probably doesn't want you to commit suicide" he paused "just think of it as a sign from heaven" he added, appearing as though realizing a major event Yu weixing closed his eyes,his fist on the bed clenched, for once, Yu Weixing felt that the guy was right Knowing the universe, he would actually believe it didn't want him to die, even death had become a luxury to him It wasn't as though it was the first time he had decided to end his life but it was the closest he'd been to achieving it , he had gotten caught up in experiencing it that he forgot that the universe wouldn't even allow him to die.... "Your right" he said, his voice lower, more to himself than to the guy , his eyes opened, loosing the last bit of fighting power he had in him The guy tsk-ed , he didn't expect Yu weixing to agree with him He raised a brow, somehow regretting it, he had actually been having fun seeing the look on Yu Weixing's face Seeing that Yu weixing didn't look like he would leave again , he left the room, returning a moment later, a steaming hot bowl in hand He handed the bowl to Yu weixing, seeing as Yu weixing didn't accept it, he clicked his tongue "Eat up, to relieve your fever" Yu weixing remained unmoved, the guy sighed with emotion " Now you won't even talk " he paused, as though realizing something " you don't plan to make your fever kill you , do you?" He asked, a brow raised, but the playful smile on his lips remained Yu Weixing took the bowl from him, afraid that if he didn't, the guy would continue to speak nonsense Seeing as Yu Weixing finally drank the ginseng soup, he was relieved "Haven't even introduced myself yet" he suddenly said, gaining a glance from Yu Weixing "I'm Feng chengxi" he said, his lips curved into a smile Yu weixing remained quiet , pretending like it was only an annoying mosquito that was next to him "You say your name at this point" Feng chengxi said, ignoring the awkwardness in the room Yu weixing said nothing "If you don't tell me your name, how can I thank you when you invite me for a meal to thank me?" He asked, sighing Yu weixing believed that there was something wrong with the guy somewhere , nonetheless, he still ignored him "Then...how about I call you ...xiao bai" Yu weixing looked up sharply,his fist clenched in anger but he kept on telling himself that he couldn't argue with a dog "Or ...baiboa?" Feng chengxi asked, his tune as though asking for a beating "Shut up" Yu weixing said through gritted teeth, unable to ignore the guy(lunatic) next to him "Xiaobai..." "Arghh!!!!!!!" Yu weixing screamed , probably waking up the whole neighborhood "Careful not to get the neighbors to call the police" Feng chengxi snickered Yu weixing shut his eyes , pretending to be dead,he didn't know what grave sin he had committed in his past live to have met someone like this If he knew he would meet such a person, he would have tried harder to end his life
