"Prepare, as mortals can't interfere with the 'Enjoyment' of the Gods..." I muttered as I looked at the black window infront of me.
This is no laughing matter... Should I go to the church and repent? Should I say that it was a mistake, made with ignorance as the center...?
F*ck it. No pain no gain! I'll go to a church later. But first.
"So? How much mana do you have at that time?" I said, hiding my nervousness.
"190" the dwarf said "My mana didn't increased from the time I used the gloves, and I've used about 50 of it"
"50 mana, for a millimeter?" I asked.
"I think it's about 5 millimeter"
"So, 10 mana for 1 millimeter?"
"I don't know sir, I'm not knowledgeable in the field of magic... But I think Leo can help with this, that kid got a huge amount of mana in him" the dwarf said, a smile formed in his beard covered mouth.
How did I saw it? well I can see his beard moving upwards.... Anyways.
If the conversion is 10 mana per 1 millimeter... I won't even have enough mana to make it to a meter...
Welp, a weapon is a weapon. That said, how do I use it?
"How do you use this?" I asked as I took out the gloves and the thin threads disappeared the moment I removed it from the box.
"!? What happened to the threads?" I asked, surprise was I that I almost dropped the gloves.
That some creepy yet cool thing to happen...
"It's the feature of the thread, Sir, it became invisible as it came contact with the mana in the atmosphere. Well, that's what Leo told me, when I asked before" The dwarf said as he shrugged his shoulder.
"I can't seem to feel them... They seem more like to disappear than to be turn invisible" I said as I waved my hand under the gloves, looking for the threads that should be hanging in the air.
"They are there sir, they just mixes with the mana in the atmosphere as they are mana made threads to begin with"
You guys know what? I like these gloves already. They poke at the chuuni inside me.
"How much?" I asked, putting the gloves back inside the box, the thin threads reappear as I closed the box.
"Hmmm... since it's one of my greatest creation, and Leo introduced you. 50 Golds, Sir" the dwarf said as he showed his hands, his left show the 5 and the other the 0 of 50.
50 golds huh.... How much is that in silvers?

F*cking 2 levels?!
"Sir?"
As I was once again frozen due to the notification, the dwarf called out to me.
I immediately put my hands inside he pouch, pretending to take out the gold coins inside, when in truth I was using my 'Dimension Storage'.
"50 Gold Coins" I said as I gave the gold coins inside the pouch.
I don't know if I should be angry or be happy at what happened...
Aahh... The Count would kill me...
Why did it convert without asking for permission?! F*cking rip-off skills!
I truly regret taking this skills...
"Thank you for buying Sir noble... Uh, you could let go of the pouch now... Sir?"
Should I just buy this another time? But what should I say to the count if I came back with nothing in hand? I can't just give him the golds and said I converted it... ahhh f*ck it.
"Thank you" the dwarf said as I let go of the pouch, his tone grumpy once again.
He's angry...
"I'll leave the care of -Fate- in your hands. Please do come again, Sir Noble" the dwarf said, as I leave his shop.
I waved my hand back.
"Now then... How do I get to a church?"
-----
Western side of the 'Rings', there stood a white a chapel of the Great Gods.
A girl with orange hair and amber-colored eyes stood at the side of the open doors of the church. She wore a white jacket and a ice-blue pants, and a golden robe around her neck, with the symbol of a shield and trumpet atop of the shield.
"Haa..." the girl sighed "I feel out of place here..."
She looked towards her right and saw the young men and women that are entering the church. Each of them wore white jackets and ice-blue pants, the only difference are the robes around their necks.
"Oh? Lili? why are you still here?" a voice called out to her.
When the girl, Lili, looked infront, she saw a girl about her age, wearing the same jacket and pants just like the other, and just like Lili, she wore a golden robe around her neck, the symbol differed with each other.
She with short-purple hair, and golden eyes, walked towards Lili.
"Caith... Should we really be here?" Lili said. Her voice tinged with anxiety.
"Of course, where else could we be? We can't enter the Magic academy due to our low mana capacity, but we have great reserves for Divine Energy, A white-mage is all we can be..." Caith said as looked towards the door of the church. She too, feel out of place, contrary to what she said.
The two stayed at the side of the giant entrance as they wait for all the students to arrived.
And just as they were about to enter, a shadow passed right by them.
The two looked to the front and saw, black-haired person in black clothing.
It was obvious to the two that the person wasn't a student of the church, and it was also clear to them that the person, walking with confidence inside the church is of higher birth.
Yet, they didn't called out to the person. If they were of higher birth, they would have called out to the person. But, as they are only the daughters of rural Barons, they just follow behind the person.
And as if putting a death-sentence to the two girls. The person stopped walking and turned around.
"Hii!" Caith immediately bowed her head, as she looked at the eyes of the person, the man walking infront of them.
Lili was the same, as she bowed her head, deeper than Caith. Not making eye contact with the man.
Both of them shaking from fear, as they awaited what the man would do. But, no matter how long they waited, the man didn't leave nor speak. He only stood infront of them, making them even more afraid.
'Why is he going near us?! WHY IS HE NOT LEAVING?!' Caith's mind was in chaos as she tried to repress her fear, but it only created more confusion as her fear does not seem to go away.
She tried to look up once again, and this time they made eye-contact.
Caith froze, unmoving. She just stood where she was, and looked at the person infront of her.
His black hair sway as the wind passed by them, and his eyes captivated her. Those onyx-black eyes of him, that seemed to sucked out light was staring at her, as if peering right through her existence. She couldn't breathe, yet she felt at ease looking at the eyes of the man.
Lili, seeing the reaction of her friend from the corner of her eyes, decided to looked up slowly as to prevent any danger happening to them.
But the moment she made contact with the eyes of the man, a great force erupted from within her.
Seconds later, the whole chapel was covered in white light.
The man wearing clothes as black as darkness itself, immediately moved.
-----
Caith woke up from her frozen state moments later. And there she saw, infront of her was a mountain of debris of white.
She could see familiar designs from the mountain of debris.
"I-is that... the church?!" she muttered. she couldn't let out a voice, fear was encroaching to her heart.
"W-what happened?" she asked to no one "Lili? Lili?! Where are you Lili?" Caith looked around, screaming the name of her best-friend. No matter where she looked she couldn't see the orange-haired girl.
Then she heard voice. A voice so cold, that it seems to erupt from the void itself.
"Is this your friend" the voice said.
Caith immediately looked behind her. She couldn't just disregard the words the man said.
And there she saw, a black-haired man, his eyes was as dark as the abyss itself, yet his body is covered in red liquid.
Caith saw the person was carrying, it was her friend, Lili. She was covered in blood as well, the blood does not seem to belong to her.
Caith once again looked at the condition of the man as he lay down the orange-haired girl, to the ground.
His body, covered in wounds, and blood seems to flow continuously from his head and other parts of his body.
She couldn't grasped what happened.
She then turned her head back to the mountain of rocks and debris and saw multiple people buried yet not buried in the pile of destruction.
They were all covered in a golden-white membrane. It was a shield created by using the divine energy of a person, it is weaker compared to shields created from mana, but it did the job of protecting the other people.
Caith now looked back to where the man and her friend was.
There Lili lay on the ground, unconscious, but breathing.
But the black-haired man was no longer there.
Caith looked around, but she couldn't see the man. She then went towards her friend.
"Lili..." she said as she sat down besides her.
"Just what in the world happened?" she muttered to herself.
-----
"F*cking Gods..." a black-haired man said, he staggered to walk on his feet, swaying a little as he lean on a wall.
"Was that the punishment?!" he shouted to air "You have no qualms on using an innocent person?! A girl who's clearly on your side?!" he shouted.
But no matter how hard he screams, none answered his questions.
He continued to walk staggeringly, he tried to move.
But, the damage he received was something he couldn't just ignore with sheer will. The divine energy that the orange-haired girl released, was potent enough to turn an arch-demon half-dead.
Ultimately, the black-haired man, dropped to his knees and his body followed.
Darkness then covered the man's vision.
