A BROKEN ALPHA

1208 Words
Way back two months after Alice leave the wolf pack. the Alphas condition became worse. He couldn't feel, he couldn't think. The Alphas first disorder came as a case of amnesia, he forgot everything numbing his mind. But in the last week of the three month a drastic change occurred when he saw someone wearing almost the same clothes of Alice. In her mind Alice was wearing a red velvet of dress. She look hot and sexy. Alpha brought her to his home, during a drive back from the meeting of Alphas. The girl, was never known to him. After he had a one night stand of s*x with her. He even forgot the face of the woman. Who is she? Alpha went into a panic attack and his mind went on reset. Everything became on replay. His life was on replay. His memory was on replay, his mothers death, his first s*x, the face of Alice gave to him when he had ordered to sent Alice away from the town. His father's brutality. Every bad he had ever experienced and ever done kept playing in his mind. He closed his eyes almost feeling himself drowned in despair when he heard his mother's voice. "You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news." "They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly, that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp." His mother had told him when he lost his best friends, when he was little in a pack war. He wished he could have asked her how to get over a loss that happened right before his eyes. A loss that he could have prevented but had no strength to. A loss he failed to prevent. He was hurt so much it felt as though he would bleed to death with the pain of it. He wanted to save his mother. He should have fought for her even if he was only 13 and no match for his father. Having been a young wolf he still felt that he should have protected her. He should have by any means possible saved her from the rot of his father As time went on he became a genius of sadness, immersing himself in it, separating its numerous strands, appreciating its subtle nuances. He was a prism through which sadness could be divided into its infinite spectrum. His body was a prison, his mind a chain keeping his soul in check lest he joins his mother. After her death he started to consider life as hell without his mother and the knowledge of having done nothing to help her hung on her head, like a slow execution. One late evening Clarita was going to escape, from her room. She used her time when Alice is not around. While Alpha is weak and seemed dumbfounded. She uses cologne, the perfume that Alice uses. That's what she does when she's in the Alpha's mansion. Clarita took advantage of the opportunity while the Alpha's smell was weak due to his sickness. Alice finally decided to do what her mother had asked her to do. She decided to solve the problem she had caused by telling the Alpha of his mate. Amongst all he lived in the pack house she was the closest to him and he always listened to her. She really hoped that Alpha listened to her this time. For two years she had leave the pack. Alpha wouldn't lash out on her, because now she could no longer postpone it. For someone like Alice, she had a strong feeling enough to talk with the Alpha. Whether he forgives her or not, Alice will still do the right thing. Before the sun is up. Alice is now in the front of Alpha. She was very nervous and afraid to speak to him, concerning the issue but she was no longer going to let her fear determined from doing what's right by her mother and her leader. "You want to say something spill it out already and stop looking at me like that?" The Alpha chided growing impatient of her staring. Alice had been awfully quiet and she was constantly giving him the look she gave him when he had done something beyond evil and she was scared to yell him off. "I am here to clear everything" Alice says Alpha didn't say a word. His heart started beating at an alarming fast rate at her words more so because he didn't expect her. He knew she was right and it scared him that even she could see through his thick skin. He had never felt this much pain before, the pain he felt now. He found himself always thinking about his mate "I don't want to talk about her and you know that." Alpha said "You know, I respect you the most. I don't want to hate you, as much as you hate me. Life is, full of loneliness, despite all the opiates, with no purpose, despite the false grinning faces we all wear. And when at last you find someone to whom you feel you can pour out your soul. There is a joy, fulfillment and companionship, but the loneliness of the soul in its appalling self consciousness is horrible and overpowering." Alice said thoughtfully. "I saw this somewhere anyway, but my point is now that I have found my mate, I have a companion. Not only that she is my mate but she's the kind of woman I like, beautiful and fierce the kind of woman that can rule this park by my side. She didn't want to let me hate her, more than she already does and trust me. Every second that she's not around, my life is going closer to infinite pain" Alpha sighed standing up. Truer words had never been spoken to him but he still felt so helpless. "She must already hate me so much now, much more than the devil i guess." He laughed sadly, pressing his eyes with his fingers. "Well you better let her speak and let her tell you that herself. Then you can try fixing it" Alice says. "You're right." Alpha agreed sighing deeply. He bent down resting his head on the chair. He tried so hard to decide but after a while his fear gave way and he took in deep breathed. For Alice, this is the first task that she need to close with the Alpha. While the second is, that was the admission that she had killed two wolves. "Let's go, talk to my mate." He said, chuckling nervously. It was the first time Alice saw him smile in a long time. Alice and the Alpha take a walked to go to the dungeon where his mate was in prison. She thinks, that if the Alpha will know about her killings, she might be the one will stayed in the dungeon in exchange on his mate.
